  I see that you are faced with an ink system failure error code on your Photosmart D7360.  Looks like that sitting for a while can be brought to shame in the printer.  I recommend following the steps outlined in the document below link for troubleshooting an ink system failure error code.

  The CD of HP usually have a scrubber on it which removes all traces of the HP software installed on your computer.

  The steps below

  1. Insert the CD in the drive and then cancel Setup
  2. open my computer and click right then on the CD from the drive and select open
  3 open the Util folder
  4 open the CCC folder
  5. If you have an HP computer, run the L3uninstall.bat. If you have a computer not HP, run the L4uninstall.bat
  6. once the uninstall is complete, restart the computer
  7 run the Accessories\ System Tools Disk Cleanup
  8. download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player
  http://get.Adobe.com/flashplayer/

  Once you uninstall everything that we need all reinstall. Because Windows 7 came out after that the printer was manufactored that not all CD come with Windows 7 drivers. I would recommend going back to the Windows 7 install I quoted above to reinstall once you have uninstalled everything.

  Hey Spider! First of all welcome on the forum.

  I recommend to remove all ink cartridges, disconnect the USB cable from the computer that connects to the printer and then turn off the printer completely by unplugging the power cord. Then, restart your computer. Turn on the printer but leave that he disconnected from the computer. After that he ended his power over the cycle forward and reinsert the ink cartridges in the printer and make sure their seat correctly.

  After you have all the cartridges in the printer correctly, then connect it to the computer. See if that fixes the problem. If not post back with no results.
