Hi, I have a question. When I create a new user to the shared services some users have folder tree (databases, favorite desktop computers, profiles, reports).
When it is created? We don't have it for some users.

I think that they are normally created when the user interacts with the workspace - connects, creates preferences or launches Web Analytics.

    The event handler will trigger in the BulkExecute. In this code, you must loop through all entries and not just the last.

I went to the sections of the user to delete, but it does not appear, it shows me only... also when I try to delete the folder of the user, the delete option wonder if I want to delete my account...     If you change the name of an account, the name of the associated in C:\Users folder does not change. As far as I know, there is no way to change this.

  • Warning before the user record

    Hi all

    I have entered the global settings of the view administrator and checked the box 'show a warning before forced logoff' and set it to 5 minutes, with a personalized message. However, if I go to my auto pool, click sessions, highlight one of the sessions and click disconnect session, the user doesn't see the message of global settings, and is immediately disconnected.

    isn't that a "forced logoff? I'm puzzled as to why the user does not see the message.

    Any help is appreciated.

    I don't think that this setting is intended for a manual logoff.

    If you are referring to in the record of user directly under the users profile folder, it is protected.  The only way to delete normally is to delete the account of user via the control panel / user accounts and choose to also delete user files when you are prompted.
    It would be foolish if you want to keep the user account, but delete the folder of the user.
    What you trying to accomplish?

    I'm trying to use the API to get the signature of all the users of the system fields. I can see this information in the web browser if I go to settings-> user management-> and selecting the user.

    I would like to know if there is a way to get the information General information (Signature fields) using the API.

    The REST API exposes the user records (see the following document); However, signature fields are not included. We need to work on this addition to the API (in a later version), but the option is currently not available.

    Oracle Database 10g Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Production
    I have a multi record block each block contains a button (the button is to approve the record in terms of change of status)
    I have elements such as the date, remarks and button
    the button should be enabled if the remarks is not null in the case otherwise it should be disabled.
    I wrote to this effect in the pre-record trigger

    What problem is enable and disable has repercussions on all the buttons in the block. in other words, if the remarks of the first record is null then all records button is disabled. If the observations of the first record column is not null, then all the records in the column of buttons is enabled.
    I have to enable and disable the button for the corresponding record.that ways if the remarks of the first record column is not null not so only records first button should be activated and others should be disabled.

    What you are to get the Y_POS of button which is the fourth position of the record for the first time so, it is fair,
    second time you set Y_POS button which is 4th record + first recording which is the fifth album,.
    you need to find is the Y_POS from a fixed point in the block.

    in your description what do you mean by top_record. Why I ask, is because it is multi record block(showing_10_records).so will appear every 10. no record may be hiding.

    Top of page record is the first record in the block.
    For example, in a record 10 block, if there are 20 records then if you navigate the records, if you go to the 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th... the other then your TOP_RECORD be record No 2, 3, 4,... is the first record that is displayed in the block that is not always 1, and will be 1 only for the first 10 rcords.
    If we use: system.cursor_record we will not be able to get the Y_POS exact numbers of superior record then 10 which will put the button located under the last (10th) record, which is not what we want, so need to find the TOP_RECORD.

  • I have problems keeping records and files of the administrator and the user separate in my laptop (HP Pavilion dv6700) under Windows Vista Home Premium.

    I have problems separating records and files of the administrator and the user. My computer is a laptop (HP Pavilion dv6700), used as a home computer only by myself, I like to keep the two distinct roles, but am unable to as Vista seems to be considered as one and the same. This scenario has arisen as follows:

    Initially, when I bought the laptop - approx. 18 months back - Windows Vista Home Premium was preinstalled, with the name 'Administrator' as an administrator. To customize the operating system and to use safely, I installed a user 'Renault', as a Standard account user.

    After awhile, I changed the name of the Director of "Renault", for reasons I have can not remember now. This caused Vista to combine folders and files of the two "users" in one, I found difficult to deal with, that I could not operate my laptop as just a Standard user, but is still considered the "administrator." On the one hand, this greatly increased spam in my email accounts. So I tried to reset the name of the administrator as 'Administrator' itself and keep my user name as "Renault", as originally the case.  But Vista me has failed to create a new user under the name "Administrator". So I created a new user under the name "System administrator", with administrative privileges. This has been accepted by Vista.

    But I forgot to change the user account for 'Renault', on the Standard account, so there was BOTH administrator accounts at the same time on my laptop! I realized that now only. The net result was that all the files that I created under the system administrator user were still being displayed under the user account of Renault. A few days back, I realized this and tried to separate the files correctly, but it has not been possible. No matter what I copied the account of the user in the files under the system administrator account, the files have been copied on account of the user himself.

    I tried to fix this by changing the name of the user account in something very different, AND as a Standard user. but this also does not work, as all folders and files under the administrator account system shows it as being under the user account of "Renault" only!

    Then, I deleted the user 'Renault' from the list of the user, but he was not yet of any help. Whenever I tried to create a new file under the system administrator, Vista responds with the message, "C:\user\Rajaram folder is not present. Will I create a new? ", which defeat the same purpose of my tent to isolate the administrator account and the user account.

    SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE WITH A SOLUTION, - OTHER THAN REFORMATTING MY C:\ DISK AND REINSTALL VISTA AGAIN - TO GET OUT OF THIS MESS, IT SEEMS TO ME YOU HAVE CREATED AND HELP ME TO HAVE AN ADMINISTRATOR ACCOUNT AND OTHER UNIQUE STANDARD USER ACCOUNTS PROPERLY ISOLATED.

    I would be always grateful for a quick and helpful response.

    Better to delete the user account except the one that was built in the administrator account that you renamed. Before this backup all your data files of these user accounts.
    Then rename the buil into account administrator as 'administrator '. Then you create another administrator account and use it and never the user built in Administrator account and leave it alone.

  • accounting software inserts the user name in the modified records,

    I have a customer accounting business.  A laptop there is a user "Kathy".  She connects with Kathy, all I see is Kathy, except when I echo % user_name % the result is 'user '.   The problem is that accounting software inserts the user name in the records changed, which makes 'Kathy' changes to a customer record eventually registered as being made by 'user '.  All computers in the company have the same user (different usernames) parameters and all other computers insert the correct user name in the records of change.

    Profile of Kathy is new and there is no other user account on this computer.

    Profile in the registry settings all show them "Kathy".

    Can someone tell me how to solve this problem?

    Not exactly why you're doing the report this way. If the user must select, basically, a period of dates, would not easier to have a column of data with a between the operator and the user would select 2 dates (upper and lower intervals)?

    In any case, it is possible to achieve what you want to do as a result of your approach. You could use when's CASE and have a more complex filter, but I think that it is better to have a few nested filters where you use the range operator to determine what date filter that you use (see image below)

    Some notes about my filter. First of all, I am making the assumption that the operator is "=", then the number of days specified must be ignored and you just return the data for the selected date. You will notice also that in my filters, I got a cast so far, but if you are using a column that is already a timestamp so it won't be necessary.

    This should achieve what you want.

    Ok. So, the answer is certainly: Yes, it is possible.

    The part of analysis, this is exactly what ODDC is good for. Unless you have the license already, however, you may have to go with the product to Capture Oracle WebCenter (large companies), which provides the necessary also.

    Regarding the validation and storage, ODDC/ODC/WebCenter Capture can commit images scanned at several depots, including University Complutense of MADRID (URM can be considered a Complutense University of MADRID with a specific purpose / several modules or components under voltage and configured). So, technically, he has no problem.

    I'm looking to pick up the most recent date and the corresponding user that updated registration for a student in particular. There are two tables T1 and T2. The most recent date can be the create_date or modified_date of T1 or T2.

    Hello. I have an auto refreshing form (form 10g). It refreshes every 5 seconds using a timer. If the user has placed the cursor over a particular record just before the form of re - question I want to focus the cursor to that record after the form of re - questions.

    I'm creating a global variable,: global.current_record: =: system.cursor_record, in the trigger once - new - Record - Instance. But I can't seem to find a logical place to put the necessary code, Go_Record(:global.current_record), which moves the cursor to the record immediately after the screen re - questions.

    Suggestions for the location of this code would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    With regard to performance: refresh every 5 seconds would be a much bigger problem. If your query will retrieve more of, say, 100 records that, often, it will then be a busy application. In fact, I could manage using groups Records and does NOT update the block until the form has detected a change in the recovered data.

    The loop below would be about as quickly as a go_record. IF your query retrieves hundreds of lines, ALL lines must be put into memory each request, and IT would be a major performance problem.

    With regard to the search for a record:

    If your block is ordered by the Participant Id and call the status of queue, you can change the "exit when...". "to stop after what happened to the old line should have been (if the old line has disappeared):

    I noticed that if the validator fails, the error message is displayed correctly, but it is possible to move to a different folder and this causes a lot of problems. I need avoid recording of variation when this validator fails. I know there is a way to block navigation on an element using clientListener and javascript, but it's a different need because I don't want the user to change the recording while the validator fails.
    How can I do?

    When you change a line, it is the currentRow on the iterator. You do not want any line to become the currentRow.
    I would go to this topic, in this way: substitute the selectionListener table and the listener to custom selection, check if the current currentRow (the one you are editing) isValid (EntityImpl::isValid).
    Proceed with the treatment of the selection event only if it is validated... You could even show an error or a warning message asking the user to provide valid data and even commit the line before choosing another.
    (Sorry, don't have an example of a code of practice now)
