The video is blurry

Currently using Photoshop Elements 4.0 and Premiere Elements 2.0.

I created a slide show in photoshop elements and exported to DVD NTSC file.

Photoshop creates a .wmv file that I then imported into first.

I put the slideshow to 80% scale so that the text on the pictures would stay within the boundaries of my TV while playing.

However, some of these photos were blurred during playback.

However, the .wmv file was perfect.  Don't know what happened.

Yes, still images can be imported directly into the MOU. I resize the images to 1000 x 750 (to allow some panoramic with zooming) and also to define the term set in Edit > Preferences BEFORE import *.

With respect to the source Audio MP3 files, some problem (it was suggested that those with integrated cover could be the root). PE will comply (CFA files) and also to generate PEAK (.) PEK - waveform display) for the MP3, PCM/wav 48 KHz 16-bit files and you should leave complete this process (bottom right of the GUI progress bar). The best way would be to go to the source of the MP3, if possible, as the MP3 is strongly compressed. Even with her in accordance with the standard, you will never recover the Audio loss. I only use MP3 as short SFX files and always use hearing (Audacity is an Audio editing program free and it will also make), before you import it.

If I have a couple of programs of creation of slide show, I do all mine in 'Big brother.' PrPro, PE works perfectly and allows me to do all kinds of animations with still images.

Good luck

* Do not forget to reset the duration to your return to what you use for other projects. Once imported, it is either a process of setting the time by hand, or reset the duration and then do a re - import.

  • The text becomes blurry after rendering video

    Hey all,.

I am completely new to Premiere Elements, and I am also new to editing in addition to Director of windows. I use the 13 items first, and I'm a Windows user. My problem is that the text gets fuzzy after that I made the video I'm trying. Let me just after some screenshots to demonstrate

    Capture32.PNG

Now, this is all good and dandy. But then look what happens after I hit 'return '.

    Capture33.PNG

Photos does not really justify how it looks like when in the program, but believe me, it seems very blurry after I visited. The only thing I've done, is pressing this button "Render" I circled on the second screenshot. So, what should I do?

What computer operating system? From the looks of the Expert workspace in your screenshots, it seems that you work with elements first 13/13.1.

As you already thought might be the case, your screenshots do not support your problem.

    However...

1 right-click the editing area monitor, select the playback quality, followed from the very top instead of automatic.

    2. go to edit Menu/preferences/general and (if project HD) define timeline rendering quality high quality/Slow speed.

    3. make a mini trial where you export the project to a file (publication + share/computer/AVCHD with Presets = one of the choices appropriate MP4).

Compare the text before and after the export.

    4. start a new project and determine if the text in question is the same as in the problem project.

Please consider. Questions or need any clarification on the above, do not hesitate to ask.

Thank you for the important troubleshooting information.

You put too much on a single disc DVD spec'd to 4.7 GB / 120 minutes and compromise the quality of the final product NTSC DVD-VIDEO on a DVD disc widescreen by doing this. You should work with a not too much lower than the max 8.00 Mbps throughput. If you want to try to get everything on a single DVD disk and your Player supports DVD disc double layer, then use a DVD disc double layer in burn it to disc. The DVD double layer is spec'd to 8.5 GB / 240 minutes. That might work for you.

Your chances for a better quality product are significantly increased by

    1. divide the project on two discs DVD-R 4.7 GB / 120 minutes

    or

    2 put the project on a DVD-R disc 8.5 GB / 240 minutes.

If you try the project two discs DVD-R 4.7 GB / 120 minutes, consider the following scenario. Take your project current 2 hours and 9 minutes and make a copy of it (first elements Editor File Menu/save a copy). Then the copy to change the contents of the 1/2 and burn the rest with a menu appropriate to disk. With the other copy, modify the content of 1/2 and burn the rest with a menu on the disc.

But I suspect that the of DVD double-layer disc should be your answer if your Player supports. Most should.

If please consider and let me know if you see problems in the proposed plan.

    Thank you.

  • How to make a specific part of the video blurry

    Hello

What is the easiest and most flexible way to make a specific part of a blurred video? It should be possible to create animations of movement with it because the party that should be blurred in the video also changes.

I read an article about it on help.adobe but I can not find! A common way to do are probably just copy the movie, but I don't like this method.

    Best regards

Apply a blur with a mask effect and use tracking.

  • Edited video is blurry export as the corresponding source, but looks great on the screen before export?

I shot 5 videos and clippled to create a second 50 reel short segments of each display. The video is for a HTML 5 integrate a Web site is a side size (235 x 162).

Everything looks great when you view the editable within the first composition (and I've tried this in After Effects as well), but when I go to export the video eventually blurred no matter if I match the source or play with the settings.

I'm guessing that something is happening due to the sourcing of several video files that are in the codecs and different packaging? If Yes, why would I be able to edit so cleanly (and go to the program), but cannot export to the same quality?

    • If it is the codec problem, what is the best format to convert all these if it exports to a HTML 5 video (if that last part the same questions)?
    • Does anyone have experience with the best settings for export .mp4 h.264 for web use? I want to get this little thing in the file size, but still of good quality.

Here is an overview of the imported videos I've been cut upward assuming its a problem with one of them (audio is not serious, we are not export):

    1. MPEG4, AVC, rate Variable, progressive
    2. Progressive QuickTime MPEG-4, AVC,.
    3. Progressive QuickTime MPEG-4, AVC,.
    4. MPEG-4, AVC, progressive Variable rate
    5. QuickTime MPEG-4, Sorenson 3, is not progressive but I don't see what it is

    Thank you!

Should also help to work with dimensions that are multiples of 16. Try 240 x 160.

  • Windows 7 boot logo is displayed in strange colors, printing of the bios is blurry and has a yellow tint

I have been using Windows 7 on my desktop since mid-January of this year, first beta, then RC1 and now install Windows 7 Professional. I had not encountered this problem in one of my previous installations.

Arriving at the "windows startup screen" the animated windows logo appears in an odd arrangement of green and purple hues. Windows itself seems to have no real color problem arriving at the login screen. What is more strange is that mother Foxconn BIOS for my card start page now displays the text extremely blurry and has a yellowish tint on the edges of the letters.

Video card drivers reach this somehow similar? Or is it just something funny with my installation of Windows?

Edit: I apologize if this is the wrong forum, couldn't really find anything specific enough for this. Thank you!

Thank you to have moved. And you're right, this isn't windows, just a coincidence with the time of installation. I don't know what happened, but now everything is wobbly. I was getting a black and purple theme by entering in my bios instead of blue and yellow.

Make sure that these things when you take a picture.

    a. increase the lighting on your desktop or in the area where you want to use the webcam. Additional light will provide photo taking images correctly and reduce the blur in images.

The problem: when I start to watch the video to see how good the video is, the screen as if shaking a little. What makes the whole video blur kind. It is almost imperceptible, but still I don't like. When I stop the video by pressing the space bar, the picture is clear. How can I make the entire played clear when video and eliminate this blurry mess.

  • Question the quality of the video!

    Hey guys,.

Come to export a video in 720 x 400 and the quality of my title sequence is not clear. Very washed out and blurry. What would be the cause of this? Is there anyway to make better it? Flow settings would have something to do with the lack of quality?

    At soon Sav

Looks OK compared to computing even export settings sequence settings an atypical aspect but ratio is the same for the sequence and export, so this should be OK (note that YouTube uses nominal 16:9 and automatically inserts the black barns).

I can see why the video should look washed out, but doesn't it also seems washed right after the export or it is after has been uploaded on YouTube?

A small detail is that I think that you have a high rate of a video to this size, and normally I use 2-pass CBR or VBR, given that I've never understood the advantage of having a 1-pass VBR.

I have a project to 950 x 560. I published it in the video, but it is much greater than the predefined custom size opening, making it blurry. How can ensure me that the size of the video, it's what's on my project.

I test this in Captivate 8.

    Thank you

Are you sure that it is published in a larger size?

Some players may be called upon to play video at 200% (or other) by default.

Once published, right-click the video, select the 'Détails' tab and note the width and height values.

  • Newbie on the video quality in CS3 question

I'm new to Premiere CS3. I use iMovie but wanted to move up to an application with more features and grain more fine tuning. However, I have difficulty getting my clips imported to maintain their quality. Don't know if I have PrCS3 configured incorrectly or if I don't know enough about video formats.

I'm under first v3.2.0 (374) on a MacBook Pro 2.16 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 3 GB memory, OSX 10.6.6

    Here is my scenario:

I have a video clip with the following specifications: .mov, 720 x 480, H.264, 30 fps, bitrate 244 (see screen capture below). It was captured from my computer using Snapz Pro X.

    original_mov_file.jpg

I have imported the clip of PrCS3 and was surprised that the preview of the clip and composite overview posted less quality than the original (even made that quality mode has been set to the 'up'). The video clip was a bit of a hurry and clean edges of my vector art have been shredded. The whole thing seemed blurry.

I thought that the exported video could be better. I exported the sequence using the following parameters:

    Premiere_export_settings.jpg

But the results were not better (I actually got the best results using iMovie HD). This is the last sequence exported.

Any help from the community of PrCS3 would be greatly appreciated.

I recommend Photo-JPEG, well for the screenshots, the Animation is very good.  Try a short capture with each of them to see which you like best.

  • Can I use a theme to the video mask all audio playback?

I have a video of dance of my partner and me. Before the start of the current dance, we are always to a musical intro of 20 seconds. I want to hide the beginning of the video where we're right there and "cover" with a theme or empty block or another object on which I can also add titles / text. After the musical intro, to the part of the video where we really start to dance, I want the theme (or empty block) transition to the real dance video.

Is this possible? Thankfully, any help is appreciated by this newbie video!

Yes, you can do it with the image based on the image of iMovie.   This link in the online of iMovie Help menu will show you how:

    http://help.Apple.com/iMovie/Mac/10.1/#/mova1aaa682b

Place your background or other image on the timeline above your video.  (You can select a background and drag it to the timeline as it is an image.) Select and adjust its length to fit the part of the video that you want to hide.   Then click on the button insert in the toolbar at the top of your screen.  It's the button that looks like to the overlap of the squares.  In the selection box that appears, select the image in the image.   Adjust the size of the image in the preview screen to completely cover the screen.   Then click on the button Reset to the right of your screen.  The part of your video is now hidden by the image you have superimposed over the video.  You can now drag a title to the time line, placing above the overlay image and insert your text.

I hope the above is clear.  Read the above help link for more information.

  • View seeks to create graphic animations in the videos, the FCPX is capable?

Hello useful community! A two-part question.

I'm just getting started on the video production and have some needs in mind. I hope you can let me know if FCPX can do that hopefully, if there is an obvious solution, I am missing, or some of you approach use.

I'll be doing a few videos of interview style and will have several camera angles, with that I need to work. So if I understand correctly to work with iMovie, I'll have a main video timeline and then 'cut' in and out secondary structures for the other angles. But I must have a logo sitting in the corner as well. Is there still enough chronologies to cut in different camera angles while having a timeline showing the stationary chart? iMovie does not you have only your primary and another calendar cut in and out, but I hope that FCPX has the ability to overlay 2 more than at a time? Or maybe I'm going about this the wrong way need?

The second part is linked, I want to be the logo/text animation because it is (as a brief introduction). Not throughout the entire video or something extremely complex, but to animate shapes and text sliding in such that the name of the speaker, the name of show graphics, etc... And I'm hoping to create my own custom animations, not the familiar "motions of text" located in iMovie. I feel like the examples I found online that all look like they have animations the same model and I hope for much more creative in this area occasionally, if that makes sense. In its most simple example I guess, the design and animation capabilities/techniques you can do in Keynote for graphics/text that can be market timed, fades, slides, etc.

Is FCPX the right program to incorporate more complex forms of text animations as well? Or is it the work of another software?

I hope that makes sense. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

    Mark

TYou can have an unlimited number of video layers.

Yes, you can make custom animations. For more complex animations, you use Motion.
