Question the quality of the video!

Hey guys,.

Come to export a video in 720 x 400 and the quality of my title sequence is not clear. Very washed out and blurry. What would be the cause of this? Is there anyway to make better it? Flow settings would have something to do with the lack of quality?

At soon Sav

Looks OK compared to computing even export settings sequence settings an atypical aspect but ratio is the same for the sequence and export, so this should be OK (note that YouTube uses nominal 16:9 and automatically inserts the black barns).

I can see why the video should look washed out, but doesn't it also seems washed right after the export or it is after has been uploaded on YouTube?

A small detail is that I think that you have a high rate of a video to this size, and normally I use 2-pass CBR or VBR, given that I've never understood the advantage of having a 1-pass VBR.

The videos is not 'options '. They are exactly as described. You can use first to add slowed to any video. Correction of the one who is already slowed to normal speed may not produce get results.

But to answer the question, the videos are exactly as in preview. It would be to you on how you change them and with which application.

  • Newbie on the video quality in CS3 question

I'm new to Premiere CS3. I use iMovie but wanted to move up to an application with more features and grain more fine tuning. However, I have difficulty getting my clips imported to maintain their quality. Don't know if I have PrCS3 configured incorrectly or if I don't know enough about video formats.

I'm under first v3.2.0 (374) on a MacBook Pro 2.16 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 3 GB memory, OSX 10.6.6

    Here is my scenario:

I have a video clip with the following specifications: .mov, 720 x 480, H.264, 30 fps, bitrate 244 (see screen capture below). It was captured from my computer using Snapz Pro X.

    original_mov_file.jpg

I have imported the clip of PrCS3 and was surprised that the preview of the clip and composite overview posted less quality than the original (even made that quality mode has been set to the 'up'). The video clip was a bit of a hurry and clean edges of my vector art have been shredded. The whole thing seemed blurry.

I thought that the exported video could be better. I exported the sequence using the following parameters:

    Premiere_export_settings.jpg

But the results were not better (I actually got the best results using iMovie HD). This is the last sequence exported.

Any help from the community of PrCS3 would be greatly appreciated.

I recommend Photo-JPEG, well for the screenshots, the Animation is very good.  Try a short capture with each of them to see which you like best.

  • Loss of quality when importing video to the editor. What should I do?

I did a HD video with my camera and need to change it, but when I import it into Adobe Premiere elements 13 quality decreases. How to maintain the optimal video quality when importing it?

What version of Premiere Elements and on what operating system works - it?

What is the brand/model/parameters of the camera that records video? What is the file extension that is associated with the file? What is the bit rate of the file that is imported?

Is the decline in quality import and when you watch the video in the Edit area monitor? Or do you see loss of video quality when you view this Timeline content export? When you view the video in edit box monitor, you're looking at timeline rendered or unreturned content? No coloured line, orange line or a green line on the content of the timeline?

  • Making the best use of space for the quality by balancing the video bitrate and audio settings?

I have a few questions about the first export still / encoding in encore. I am trying to create a dvd single layer, where I maximize overall quality using as much space as possible.  The video is 97 minutes, SD 720 x 480, 29.97 FPS and consists of interviews for the most part, as well as b-roll hd cameras and stills, rare title graphic card.

    1. I can use dynamic link to send the sequence that appears to maximize the space available, however I have heard that using DL is generally frowned upon and I myself cannot tell what settings it uses (for example vbr, 2 pass, etc.). Is my interpretation that DL is not the ideal way to go wrong? If DL is just as good as a separate output, is there a way to know what parameters it uses?

    2. I used a bitrate calculator and tried a Min: 3.5 target: 5.5 Max: 8 audio output PCM and I found myself having a little more than 400 MB of unused space. When someone recommended a Min: 5.5 target: 7 output Max 8.5 the file size is too large with a simple DVD layer. I read that it is recommended to use an exit instead of PCM, if the video is over an hour audio Dolby. My question is is it a best practice to balance needs of flow rates and audio and video? I realize, of course, by using more data PCM is 'better', but it is usually best to go on the road to dolby and have more space to increase your video bitrate? What is the audio difference type that requires a high-end system to discern? Y audio data loss is worth for the benefit of video bitrate higher?

I know it's a lot, just trying to maximize space to get the best possible performance. Thanks for any help/advice you can provide.

    -Nick

As most of my videos are closer to 2 hours usually, I always used Dolby Digital, PCM takes so much space and I prefer to use this space to increase video quality.

Note that by default, if you import a .wav (PCM) file into Encore, it transcode automatically that Dolby, unless you have changed specifically the default settings of transcoding in Encore.

A decent basis for coding rule is 560/minute = bitrate, so 560/97 = 5.77 and I usually just round off a little for menu overhead and margin of safety. This requires using Dolby to 192 k, so I would use 5.6 average bitrate.

  • I am not able to change the video quality for you tube. There are only two options 360 and Auto. Please help me.

Hi I am experiencing strange problem for 15 to 20 days and I am not able to change the video quality for you tube. There are only two options 360 and Auto. Help me please if you can because I have a slow internet connection and I want to play video at 240, as it was before. Thanks in advance for your help.

Could check you whether YouTube is to serve its HTML5 player or the player based on Flash? If you right click on the drive, short a context menu should appear. If the full Firefox context menu is displayed, press and release the ALT key to erase that. The last line of the menu short usually indicates which player he is.

    I'll assume HTML5 because...

On Windows 7, Firefox should show a wide range of formats in the HTML5 player. However, if some of the features of media are disabled, preventing video MP4 decoding, then YouTube offers only 360 p (with WebM coding).

If you have intentionally disabled Media Foundation and/or DirectShow in topic: config, then perhaps you would prefer to use the YouTube Flash Player? There are a few Add-ons that can force YouTube to serve you a Flash drive. Either of them will do, you don't need both:

  • Impossible to change the video quality YouTube app when using cellular data?

Basically, when I'm on my data (AT & T) and decided to watch a video automatically plays it at 1080 but it burns my fast data. I tried to change through the video, these three points there and says unavailable. I go into settings YouTube app and I don't have any options to change the right quality quality upload. But I noticed on Android users that they have options to change the quality. I'm looking forward on Google but I don't get the option in the settings, I get even the left menu. Yes my YouTube app updated.

  • Why YouTube on Firefox offers quality options so little even if the video can be viewed in better quality on Chrome or when it is embeded?

I noticed that YouTube offers only three quality options for videos seen on the page of the video (240 p, 360 p and 720 p) even while the video offerings also are significantly higher. An example of this is the following video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DvY5irWC7kA (aygoman/u / / r / Oman); seen in Chrome or when they are embedded in a page (such as through the RES addon), the video options are more verbose: 240 p, 360 p, 480 p, 720 p, 1080 p, 2160 p.

While I do not typically consider above 720 p, sometimes I want the ability to watch a video in 1080 p or 480 p and cannot for some reason.

Enter about: config in the address bar. It will give a warning, click on the button that says "I'll be careful, I promise! Paste this into the search bar of subject of config.

  • Audio Fadin incoming and outgoing, but the video quality remains high.

Hello. I am regularly skyping someone, but the incoming audio signal began fade in and out and sometimes mute altogether. The video quality is very good and she can still hear and see me OK. The volume for Skype and everything else is wound up to the maximum. I tried skyping someone else and the problem was not present.

I do not understand how the audio quality that I can fade, but the video quality does not change. I would have thought if they had problems of band bandwidth then the video would have refused and the Lady, I'm not talking would receive me in this good quality either.

Is anyone know something about this problem and a possible solution?

    Thank you

Hello. In the case where someone comes across it because they have the same or similar problem I found the solution. It turns out, somehow, that the volume of my microphone had been wound up to the maximum. Because Skype reduces the audio signal entering when you make noise, the person I was calling I couldn't hear because I was broadcasting involuntarily every tiny noise. This interrupts my incoming audio. For some reason I have the microphone picks up a ridiculous level of background noise. Only, I discovered this after a test of back to back with my mother's laptop. To stop the problem I just wrapped up my microphone volume down in audio on Skype settings until there no sign up tapping or other noises. So I send you not now sounds that would hurt my incoming audio. It also explains how the Lady I was calling could still hear me fine and the quality of the video never abandoned, but the audio signal coming at my end was.

  • The quality of the video on my T5 1200 D Rebel is really poor. How can I fix it?

I wanted to buy a camera for videos, but I noticed that the video is pretty grainy when I tried to draw.  I have a T5 1200 D rebel with a 11 to 55mm efs lens.  I don't know how to fix the image quality.

It's a pretty decent image for this resolution.  Everything in the field of vision so far, nothing's going to look tack sharp when you zoom in so close that you can count close to individual pixels.   [alias pixel peeping]

  • A few questions about the video conference via the public network

    Hi all

I have a few questions that need your help:

    1. normally, I connect endpoints to MCU via local network (extended WAN) so everything is OK. But if I want to connect to the MCU via the public network (e.g. Internet FTTH), am I any equipment more or MCU settings? Need video firewall option?

2 Cisco Telepresence does support VPN for remote endpoint to join video conference?

    Thank you

    Hi yours!

    (1) If you are looking in the connectivity, I would recommend that you speak to someone in sales of cisco (partner)

to tell you a little more about the deployment of VCS-E and VCS - C.

You need something to do good firewall/nat traversal, not only for the nat in your organization,

but also for remote users with endpoints behind a nat home router,...

    (2) the endpoints and the infrastructure do not have a vpn client, but you can of course use VPN router between the two.

But you should know that the video uses a certain packets per second and bandwidth so the vpn router could

in trouble and a vpn also adds the overhead rate ip then you have MTU problems.

But yes, I saw people using Cisco Telepresence via VPN.
