I have no message, but the icon remains lit. I contacted the agent of motorola, they said call sprint. Sprint, I called and they have did a reset and still. I even did a factory reset, but it comes right back.

I can go to manage applications/phone and deleted the data, it will then disappear, but reappear then less than a minute. I Googled it and did send it another voice message and delete it, there is still and the clear right of the notification bar button does not appear for her.

  • BlackBerry Smartphone Voicemail icon won't go

When a voice message is left, the voicemail icon on my device. However, once I heard the message, the icon will not disappear. I tried to take out the battery, change the themes and various other solutions that were suggested on this forum, but nothing seems to work. My telecom provider has sent a "fix" that gets rid of the icon, but whenever I get a voice message, the problem reoccur. They offer I hang up the handset, but I really don't want the hassle of putting in place a new phone if anyone knows a solution. Thank you.

Must be a process that I tried and it worked:

    1. call your mobile phone to any other phone and leave a message.

    2. allow your device to recognize who is has another message until the voice message counter back a number.

    3. sign in to your voicemail from your cell phone and listen to the message.

    4. remove this message.

    5. press on the * key on your device to return to the previous menu or main (* on Verizon system, regardless of the key, it's for your operator).

This process worked for me the other day.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones voicemail icon

    Hello

My Blackberry 9300 shows me the voicemail icon, in the form of a tape reel. The weird part is that I don't have a voicemail on my phone and I don't know how to get rid of the icon. Help, please.

    Thank you.

    Hello Girishrao

The icon may have been defined by the provider of the phone. If you want to remove the application, please go to the icon Options Select device and search for Application Management and remove fron the list. If you just want to get rid of the icon, you can just hide it by highlighting, then press the Menu key and choose hide.

    Hello

Sorry, but I don't think that applies quite as described. The icon has the OP mentions is the status bar icon and has nothing to do with an installed application, or no matter what icon homescreen hidable. On the contrary, this icon is indeed pushed by the carrier of voice for BB services. For a reason, even with no voice mail service, the carrier is pushing the State for BB... icon and the corrective action is to ring up the carrier of voice services to correct what is happening in the background with them. For example, it is perhaps true that the OP has no voice mail service, but the carrier could easily have badly configured it and actually enabled voicemail services...

    Good luck!

  • Pesky voicemail icon blackBerry Smartphones

A few days ago I got a voice message and my voicemail icon appeared at the top - as it should. While I was going to get it back, another voicemail has come and the countdown on the voicemail icon went from 1 to 2. I had only an answering machine, I listened and deleted, now I have no voice mails, but the voicemail icon says I have a. I tried to reboot, etc, but I just can't get this icon to reset itself and will disappear. Can someone help me?

You can call from another cell phone and leave a message.  Listen to the message on the phone all the way through, and then delete.  See if that clears the notification.

  • How to change the voicemail number Palm Pre (Bell Mobility)?

    Hi all...

I wonder if someone has found a way to change/edit the phone number of voicemail by default on the Palm Pre. When I touch to listen to my voicemail on my pre, it dials my phone number (instead of composing the Bell number requires me to dial which is #902393xxxx pp then my password digital - note the # beforehand), which comes in turn allows me to leave a new message for me.

I talked to Palm support and they told me that my phone is setup and working correctly and it must be a problem with my service provider. I've been a happy Bell customer for 10 years or more and I am sure that my voicemail works well... Just to be sure I contacted support Bell and they assured me that I have to dial sign # in front of my 10-digit number, then my password to access my voicemail.

I know I could just program an another SpeedDial to accomplish this task, however, I can't believe that there is no way to use this function as expected?

    Thoughts?

    Thank you...

Well Yes, it's gets me too. I'll speak to a Bell representative tomorrow, but is this the silver bullet...

Create a contact in your address book called voicemail

Then you enter the number you need. I found the # key registers correctly.

For a sweet break (2 seconds, no prompt) use the letter 't'

to pause farm (a prompt will appear on the dial to press a key to continue dialing pad) use the letter 'p '.

    That should do it.

I went a step further. And if you're not too nervous about to search your phone (and if you have time) I made a few changes that did get to voicemail even easier than pulling the top of the dial pad. Slight caveat about this, it is really involved, may be too involved for you, but it made me love what you can do with the Pre

I went to the Central meadow, I configured my pre for Homebrew applications (not too hard, and had to do it on a computer with XP, it did not Win 7) I downloaded a homebrew application called launch pad (Super easy, done right the phone). I created my voicemail number to be an icon in the launch area. THEN, and this is the super cool part. I touch AND HOLD on one of the icons in the launch at the bottom of the screen until there is a ripple around her. I drag it to the launch area to take him out of the launch bar. Then I reach and grab the voicemail icon, until the ripple and drag it in the launch, and PRESTO, I have a button to access my voicemail.

Again, I understand that this process may be too involved for you. But with a little sniffing around, I was able to add my voicemail on the launch I can access any program at any time.

Yes I think Palm should do a better job with documentation. Their new philosophy that people don't want uninvolved help or manual files is silent. BUT I liked the fact that with a little work, you can do MUCH more functional phone. We would have to do the work? No, but I have a good feeling that Palm will impliment better functionality as time passes. They have always in the past. And until that happens, there are a few tweeks that can help until this happens.

    Love the pre so far...

  • How can I delete the message from the voicemail from the screen of a SPA302D

I have two combined SPA302D recorded on a SPA232D basis.

My voip provider (voipfone.co.uk) provides a voicemail service.

If it does not respond to a call, it is recovered by the voicemail system.  A voicemail icon on the SPA302D with the number of messages in voice mail box.

However, I can't find anything to clear the voice mail of the screen icon.  I listened to voicemails and them deleted voipfone system, but can see no way to clear the message of the voicemail on the screen of the handset SPA302D.  I Goggled the question and searched this forum but have not found anything.

If anyone has experienced this problem or have any suggestions to delete the message?

I have no problem to implement market and of the voice of the screen as long as proper NOTIFICATION SIP are sent on the PBX side.

Thus, to intercept SIP messages between your provider and the SPA232D base station. Check thatIP NOTIFIER content S 'pending Messages: no' arrived from your provider. Ask your provider for help that if no such message has arrived - the question is not about SPA232D.

If not - paste the content of this message and reply of the adapter here. Enable syslog and debug messages and also well catch them. They are a valuable source of information and will help you/us to analyze the issue.

I assume you are using the latest firmware (1.3.3 (15) on SPA232D, 2.62 on SPA302D)

  • Z10 lost blackBerry voicemail icon

Sorry, I'm sure this has been covered before, but please can someone help I am 60 more over the years, remember chalk & slate to school!, anyway some how I deleted my voicemail icon who was sitting at the top of the list of my fav you know 3 squares of the call list.  I tried the wipe which took forever, it returns after the wipe for a brief moment only to disappear again. Need help, please don't tell me that it can not be replaced if BB must be able to find away to do. Because I can't believe that with all that is on the phone that a simple icon cannot be replaced, the poor design of BB if so., TKS

It is a known problem.  If you have a backup before you delete the icon of your VM restore data from the application that will restore the icon.  The alternative is currently security wipe your device to bring back the icon.

If you do not want to and you want just a VM icon until this problem is corrected then you can creae a contact that has your VM phone # a break and your inside password and assign this contact to your speed dial.

    * I accidentally posted this in the 8900 forum.  I hope it's okay to post here, which is where it belongs, I think.

    Hey,

I remember I read a KB on this problem and work around should leave you a voice message, then listen, this may result in the cancellation of notification of voicemail on your BB.

Otherwise, simply reset your device (traction battery out so that the phone is always turn on and reinsert the battery)

  • BlackBerry Smartphones voicemail icon won't go away

My voicemail icon is stuck on my screen. I have no new voicemails.

    How can I fix?

    Thanks in advance.

If you have an icon of wandering answering MACHINE waiting on your home screen:
Dial your voicemail and clear the message.
    * You can call your BB from another and leave a message. You BB, call your voicemail and clear and delete your messages.
    * If the above fails, pull your battery to reset and restart your BlackBerry.

  • When I see a list of playlists on my iPhone, why can I not see the art of the playlist icon in iOS10?

When I go into the app music, then choose a folder to synchronize playlists, I see a list of playlists, but the art of icon playlist just displays like this kind of gear purplish in a square. If I select a specific playlist, then I see the art of the playlist at the top of the page and that's fine - but I also want to see in the previous list.

This behavior is expected today, or is there something in the settings I'm missing? I spent a good part of the time to learn these selection icons implemented, and I wish I could continue to see when I look at a list of selection.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello there, lost in Asia!

Thank you for joining the communities Support from Apple! Looks like you see the gear icon when you look at your playlists. I know how it is important to be able to see the icons correctly as well. It is actually planned and you can see this thread here for more information: smart playlists
