  It looks like a hardware malfunction. UPS may be a FL. But I m not 100% sure.
  What you can do? Well, if it's really a hardware fault so the only way is to contact Toshiba service. But it could also be a strange software problem. In this case, the best way is to recover the operating system and/or update the graphics driver. You can also check your BIOS version. If there is a newer version, then try to upgrade the version of the BIOS.

• Incoming Fax page, left thick black line down the side edge

  I recently bought a HP Photosmart 7520 printer and had to return because of a wrong switch ON / OFF the printer.  So I returned and bought another. This second printer works perfectly so far!  However, when I recieive a fax, the page has a very thick Black Line crosses the length (less than an inch from top and down) on the left edge. It almost seems to be a template for a fax page?  The first printer (a returned) did not do that, but it does not appear on the second printer.  In addition, the original page fax I sent to my friend and he said, that it doesn't have a thick black line on the fax page, he gets... and then he sent me along a return fax with this black line appears.

  For more than a week since my last post. And I also had the printer connected to an outlet of power strip surge protector (never needed to connect directly to a wall, which I would have if I had a problem).  The problem has been resolved by replacing the large black ink cartridge, which was not printing text.

  In addition, earlier when I check the ink level, he showed the graphics still about 1/4 rest in the cartridge. I had also previously clicked on tell me when the ink level is low. None of this happened?  So now I have to watch closely what is printing a page of text clean/good.

  In the identity document, I use lines with very little wight (0.25 pt or 0.25px, depending on the print mode or the web). When I export to a SWF file the lines are always much thicker than they really are. It seems that the minimum thickness, it can show is perhaps, 1px, while ID can show more fine lines (do not know how it does, maybe anti aliasing?).

  I can remedy that and export it in the form of raster image, but then, it removes any interactivity.

  I just want to keep the items in the vector reduced to their actual thickness, does anyone know how to do this?

  Ah, Yes, of course for this. I forgot to treat the "fix" you found.

  It is a 'fix' rather than a real problem, because if you zoom in on this image, you'll see that it contains no pixel 1/4 more! The image renders too thin lines identical to InDesign: as light gray.

  There is progress and disadvances to save the image as a bitmap, rather than as a vector; I think that you are aware of both, and it is up to you to decide which method to use.

  If you are sure that your users (consider that they will look at what on paper) will not zoom in, you could still use the lines of 1 point but their light gray color, so the Visual effect is the same 100%. And it will look only slightly weird when your users zoom in - they will get * thick gray * lines, instead of * thin black * those, but it's still better than ugly pixels.

  Hey, I'm looking to change the thickness of line using ActiveX and call the nodes in some excellent graphics that I created. Each chart is in its own "roadmap" and each chart has 3 series. I want to only change the thickness of line on a specific table and a specific series. I understand the basic structure of the use of the invoke node after looking at the examples, but I was wondering if it was possible to change the specific graphics and specific series and how to do it. In the examples that I have seen that looks like that most of the time they apply changes to all series... any help is appreciated, thanks!

  Use the entry variant of the Index to get Chartsheet you want to change (same for the series in the SeriesCollection). The index value can be numeric (starting at 1 for the first chartsheet in the workbook) or the name of a chartsheet.

  Is this a question about application desktop Reader or mobile Reader application?  What is the operating system of your computer/device?  iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Windows or Mac?

  Example for Acrobat Reader for iOS (iPhone/iPad)

  1. Tap the existing Freehand drawing.
  2. In the menu that appears, select color, opacity, thickness.
  3. Change the value of the property.

• How can we access the value of the field in a line removed in the buffer of the component?

  In the PeopleSoft component buffer when it removes a parent row children lines are also deleted, therefore, not possible to access the value of the field of these lines.

  Example: If we have RECORD1 at level 1 and RECORD2 (which contains the INCIDENT_NBR field) at level 2.

  If a row is deleted at level 1, level 2 lines are also deleted, but before delete, I need access to the value of INCIDENT_NBR and make sure no line (s) not many for this value in a third record record RECORD3.

  A rowset object has two properties

  All lines of lines in an exclusive set of deleted rows

  Number of lines

  All lines of a set of lines included the deleted rows.

  So I would say, to loop through all lines and check for deleted rows and make any desired logic, something like:

• Line weight Illustrator support?

  I often use the line weight tool in illustrator to my characters. I noticed that this information did not get postponed when I saved a puppet of the Illustrator. I disabled the earthquake mode, but it did not help.

  For the Illustrator features that we don't currently support native mode as a vector, you can use the option "Show as an Image" for the skin of the work. Expand the parts folder until you see the skin (it will have an icon of photography and the same name as your .ai file). Select it, and then activate 'show as Image' in the properties panel. Note that this option disables Wiggler (if requested), but should allow things like the thickness of line, gradients, etc. work.

  How can I configure a PDF Export Preset to force a line weight minimum on output?  I am currently using one that comes from a printer that works fine - but I can't seem to find the option when you create one myself.  I have some place of the line art Illustrator which is built with the thickness of ligne.25 and when I put 20% across the lines are too thin to see in the output PDF.

  PDF presets cannot force a minimum line thickness.

  Use the tool of difficulty released in Production Print tools in Acrobat Pro to do.

  I used the function of glyph for a hug to designate two sections on an illustration. It is not ideal by it gets the point across (I'm open to ideas that are better than a based police brace).

  Anyway, because I had to develop the character hug to 72pt, now is too thick. Is there a function in InDesign that will allow me to reduce the size of the stroke? The weight of Stoke already is 0, so it does not work. I also reduced the horizontal scale... which contributed to the appearance. Ask a lot of community help talk to increase thickness of line, but none covers reducing.

  Another option is to convert the character of police in curves. Can I do this without getting into Illustrator?

  I think that a better way is drawing support in the ID of a simple line, like:

  

• Moving anchor points and the whole shape gets distorted to change the line weight

  I have a fairly simple drawing that I drew in a larger size, so I could be more specific with it, and now I want to reduce up to the finished size and thicken the line, but when I make the line thicker, my anchor points are moving and the whole drawing is distorted.

  Using Adobe Illustrator of 24 years, I never saw that happen. When I click on the "up" arrow in the stroke palette a lot of time to gradually increase the thickness of line, I can watch made anchor 'walk' around like my shape gets distorted.

  If I go to the place a numeric value for the thickness of line, it doesn't.

  However, if I use the scale tool to shrink the design down to the size of 10% or 20%, or whatever, with traits of the scale and effects UNCHECKED, yet once, move the anchor points and the drawing is distorted.

  These objects in question are "rounded rectangle" forms I used the scissors tools to cut and then used the "join" command to put them as well as other forms that have been "scissored"as well."

  You are being bitten by the Align-to - pixel grid. Select the entire document and go to the transformation Panel and turn off snap to Pixel - grid at the bottom of the Panel. Then go into the rollout (small triangle in the upper-right) and disable align objects on the pixel grid.

  Try to change the rendering on Preferences options > Page Display. For example, make drawings of course line smooth and improve the thin lines are checked.

  There will be variations in the line width of the preview due to the low resolution of a screen. On the printer, which has a higher resolution, you see a more accurate overview of the objects.

  I have a small question which has been driving me crazy. Sometime later, the accident stroke thickness display box (in the menu bar and of the palette) to go showing in "inches" instead of points. The drop down menu is always the point, but if I select something and want to see what is the thickness of line, it's show in decimals. I hate this. I read that this could happen because the leaders are defined in inches. I changed mine at points, but nothing seems to make a difference. I even checked the new document profiles and all leaders are defined in points. Someone had this problem? It is not slow my workflow, but it's just one of those things that get under your skin and you go crazy. AAAAAH!

  In CS5, you have the new ability to adjust the weight of the race in units other than the tips, but you can always choose points.

  I think it's in the preferences.

  When I shrink or enlarge an object the thickness of line remains the same, rather than change proportionally. Anyone know the fix?

  The "fix" is in the transformation Panel. Click on the part of the scale of the Panel with what anyone on the set of block chosen. You will then be able to activate the function of features of the scale. Just click on the box to select this option and turn it off when you don't want the features on the scale.
