  This Adobe icon at the top is Adobe Update Notifier.

  Whenever an update is available in any creative Application of cloud, you get this message.

  Just open this look updater for update available and update the application accordingly.

  Then it will be removed from the top.

  Don't need to uninstall all applications until this notification of update Adobe will continue to appear whenever there is an update.

  I upgraded from Lightroom 4.3 to Lightroom 6 (via a software download from Amazon) a few months ago.  Somewhere in this process apparently I also signed up for a free trial of creative cloud.  Now I can't open Lightroom 6 unless the creative cloud is running.  And sometimes CC does not open (don't stop trying to load) or it asks me to do an update.  Can't just dump CC and run LR6 without it?  Whenever I want to download photos from my camera that I have to go through this huge hassle or simply use LR 4.3 which charge very well.

  I would say that you can uninstall creative cloud and also if you open Lightroom and check the version of it, and he said Lr CC 2015.1

  There is no functionality disabled for Lightroom 5.  Just install it on the new machine and use your serial number to activate it.

All products seem to work except for Indesign, which, for some reason, won't open for me until I have renew my subscription to creative cloud. I'm not creative cloud. I don't need.   Then, open id and see if you can find an option to connect.  If you can, use a non - cc connection.  We should then be asked to allow your id (using your serial number).
