This feature exist?

Imagine paint a line starting in the middle of the image to the right, then jump all the way at the edge of the right hand.  At this point, the line reappears on the left as if by magic, and continues as long as you move the mouse/pen.  Similarly, any operation that is triggered any edge (right, left, up or down) continues on the corresponding edge.  The wrap in the two-dimensional edges.

I could swear I've seen it in the app a few years, maybe Photoshop, but can't find it now.  It does in Photoshop? What is a characteristic of an another painting/raster (or vector, in fact) program?
