  I have a toshiba satellite L20-214, 2 GB of ram.
  Just upgraded to Windows 7 ultimate service pack 1.
  I have a yellow exclamation mark on the video controller.

  I went to toshibas site to search for the drivers but my model is not mentioned, so I can't go any further. Please let me know what I can do to solve this isue.

  Satellite L20 is an oldie and page European driver Toshiba does not provide drivers for Windows 7
  You must search for the driver on your own hand.
  Maybe you can get the driver on the graphics card manufacturer page.

  By the way; drivers for Win XP, you can find on the European driver Toshiba page but in the Archive. You need to choose in the first option of product Type: Archives

  You need DDR2 667 MHz (PC2-5300) 200 - PIN SODIMM

  But note; the common 32-bit OS won't recognize the full 4 GB of RAM but only 3.2 GB due to the limitation of the 32 bit OS.

• How to create a backup for Satellite L20-100?

  My Satellite L20-100 crashed & it took me 24 hours to recover (using the provided factory product recovery CD) & for reinstalling other software & updates.

  Now I'm afraid, it may crash again & I have 11 GB of software. I had a function on my Windows XP console start > programs > Accessories > system tools > create backup disk (or recovery) before it crashed, but it is no longer present.

  ANY THOUGHTS? URGENT PLEASE!

  I recommend you to use a very good third party software called NORTON GHOST. I use it for a year. You can create own recovery DVDs and use any time when there is a problem.

  I do the same thing. This created individual image is recorded on the partition d. If I want to have the new facility that I simply start GHOST and the partition c is crushed.

  Can someone tell me if a Replicator port or docking station, there are satellite pro L20 model?
  I searched around, and every time I check the specifications of compatibility, it is usually a Toshiba laptop or 2 and often some of the satellites 'L' series, but no mention of the L20.

  You may not use a dock under Satellite L20.
  If you take a glance at the bottom of the device, you will not find a necessary home slot that would be needed to connect the docking station.

  But of course you can use some sort of port connected to the USB port replicator.

  AFAIK the L20 range was only provided with Windows XP, so it is unlikely that you will be able to get a suitable display driver Windows 2000 Toshiba.

  I would like to expand the memory used by the graphics card because its at this stage only 8 MB, I want to make this 64 MB. Total memory in the computer laptop AI 512 MB. Normally you can do this in the BIOS but I can't find any option to do this.
