A user reported that one of its documents created with our library has made a mistake "there is an error on this page" and images were missing in Acrobat reader.   I got an immediate suspicion on this problem and it reduced, but I think it was really good. The problem is not the flow of the page I think but a color space that is referenced from an image online. R77 to be precise.

  The document is damaged. If you cannot back up the document from its original sources, and there is no version of the file from a backup, then you can try printing to the virtual printer of Acrobat pdf file to create a new version of the file. This is not the same quality as the original, but it might be acceptable.
