Threats
I get emails from people who were once very well and now because they received no answer they wanted are now threatening me. At first I thought it was nothing, but outside caloling me disgusting names they threatened to come to New York, where I live and do bodily harm. How can I block these people from my e-mail. Indeed you can get them on the internet?
I don't think that you can block emails that you can move them to your folder junk e-mail (depending on the version of e-mail that you use). I suggest that report you to the police. They may be able to trace emails and find the location from (with the help of IHSPR and the information contained in the emails). I suggest that you consider changing your email address and which can prevent this (unless they are VERY good hackers and can still locate you to the new address). But reporting that to the police is the best and pretty much the only thing you can do in this situation.
I'm sorry, as we cannot help more. There is no way to block e-mail addresses unless your e-mail software contains this feature (and I use Outlook and cannot do). What email software do you use (name and version)? In Outlook, I can delete messages with a given name in the subject, but I can't do it by e-mail - just move it to another folder. There may be 3rd party software that does this.
Here is an article on how to block messages from certain sites (but it seems to take address specific e-mail addresses): http://ask-leo.com/can_i_block_email_from_certain_sites.html.
Let me know your e-mail program and version so I can check into it more (if possible).
I REALLY think you need to report it to the police and let them handle it. That's why they are here and they may be able to help.
I hope this helps.
Good luck!

RE: iOS iPhone 6 s 10 how l remove or disable the slippery camera from outside the locked screen? This feature is a security and threat privacy for me.
You can not. However, I'm not sure why you think it's a privacy or security threat. The only thing that can be accessed without unlocking the phone is the camera to take pictures. No one can access your data already on the phone.

Every night does not start after the update, AV recognized every night as a threat
After update, AV reported the threat. After that, every night can not start, erorr message says "cannot find Mozilla runtime".
Hello irena0072, it is most likely a false positive. Maybe your AV software has quarantined or deleted components that are necessary for firefox run. Please try to reinstall every night.

I would like to create an extension that can be used to educate users novice/elderly on potential security threats. I'm under the impression that most of the users do not fully understand Firefox security warning and the threats that these warnings are used to protect against.

HELP help I love the browser and like it better than IE or Chrome. Plese help me
Sometimes a problem with Firefox can be a result of malware installed on your computer, you may not be aware of.
You can try these free programs to search for malicious software that work with your existing anti-virus software:
Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP, if you do not already have one.
More information can be found in the article troubleshooting Firefox problems caused by malware .

I am always safe from threats using Aurora?
I used Aurora in the past and I think use again. I wonder if I'm sure threats such as viruses, spyware, etc. with Aurora.
Aurora should be similar to Firefox with respect to security. Indeed, more recent versions tend to lessen the safety

Java has been blocked because of the threat, I did the update, and other options to reactivate it ie.manual update reinstalls still websites like YouTube always used to load up. Works great in Chrome & IE!
Your list of plugins in "Details of the system more" Watch 1.6.0_31 of next generation Java plug-in for browsers Mozilla for Java should not be blocked.
Could you post a link to a Web page where Java does not work for you? YouTube uses the Flash, not Java. Here is a list of the test pages of Java that you can try to verify that Java works, of http://kb.mozillazine.org/Java#Testing_Java
- Test of your Machine (JVM) Java virtual on java.com.
- Java information - BrowserSpy.dk
- Tester of Java - test to javatester.org pages will tell you if your web browser is enabled for Java and, if necessary, the Java version.
- Java Plugin detector
Moreover, I see in your list of plugins you also the VLC media player Plugin Web 2.0.0 so, it is possible that the VLC plugin is causing a conflict if YouTube or other videos do not work. See Fix common audio and graphics problems (you may have to disable the VLC Media Player plugin in the Add-ons-> list of Plugins for some media to play).

'Cool Down Mode' a 'threat of application?
I have a Motorola Backflip that I updated to 2.1 - update1 awhile back. A few weeks ago, I installed Webroot Security for Android 1.6.13.296. He currently has 125 game definition. (I use Webroot Spy Sweeper on my PC for several years without problem).
I did a scan a couple of days and Webroot reported a 'threat of Application' called 'Cool Down Mode '. He wants me to 'remove' the threat.
I googled "Cool Down Mode" and it seems that it is an integrated application included with the phone. If it is actually a virus, I'm happy to remove it, but if it's an integrated application used to prevent overheating on my phone I think I want to keep.
I went to Webroot backup and questioned on this subject. They told me to post a question on their forum. I haven't done it yet, I thought I'd ask the experts phone first.
Is 'Cool Down Mode' a threat? Will there be an Android virus called that?
Thanks in advance.
I went on the Support Forum of community Webroot and was informed that my version of Webroot Security for Android (1.6.13.296) was not common. I've updated to version 1.8.15.640, always with the definition set 125, and the problem is solved.
"Cool Down Mode" is not a threat of enforcement. It is integrated in the operating system kernel in the factory and cannot be deleted.

There are 3 options to deal with this:
-1. Add to exceptions
-2. go to file
-3. treat it as a low risk.
Hello
1. which version of the Windows operating system is installed on the computer?
2. Once you get the message?
3. what version of Internet Explorer in installed on the computer?
The message that is displayed is not a threat. Windows uses the folder Roaming of specific application data, such as custom dictionaries that are independent of the machine and must move with the profile of the user.
