  Hi Sarah!

  To do this, you use at best the jdk (java development kit) which is already
  installed on your pc in forms is installed.

  Copy all your gif icons in a folder
  Open the command prompt and in this folder.

  If we assume that you have installed forms in the default directory, call the jar.exe like this:

   x:\DevSuiteHome_1\jdk\bin\jar -cfv your_icons.jar *.gif
  

  This will create a jar file in the same directory.
  Copy the jar file into your x:\DevSuiteHome_1\forms\java folder.

  Then open your formsweb.cfg x:\DevSuiteHome_1\forms\server and change your configuration entry under the

  archive_jini=frmall_jinit.jar
  

  TO

  archive_jini=frmall_jinit.jar, your_icons.jar
  

  Please check if in your formsweb.cfg so the imagebase is set to the code base.
  If this isn't the case, create a parameter in your config entry:

  imagebase=codebase
  

  Now the jar file is loaded when you start your application and the icons are
  turns red from the jar file.

  Since the last update to the text that labels the icons in Thunderbird are cut short if they have more than 4 letters (i.e. Pri... for print and DELETE... to delete and so on, and so on.) It does not matter whether or not you add a bunch of spaces, nor is it important if you choose 'Text and icons' or 'icons next to text. • Looking for icon of the T400 (on Win 7) battery indicator

  I just upgraded to Win 7 64 bit... and I noticed Win 7 comes with its own icon 'battery' in white, sitting on my systray.

  I remember that with my T400 on Win XP before I used for this neat battery indicator sitting on my systray icon (it was a picture of a battery translucent which has been fillded green when fully charged and becomes orange/red dark when exhausted).

  I can't find the right software on the drivers page to download this indicator of return. Anyone know where to find?

• Why changed my icon 'HP Games' to a 'W' looking for icon... I did something wrong?

  HP Games is actaully proovided by a third party company called WildTangent. They have their logo as a 'W '. So that the logo has been replaced. It is not to mislead.

• How can I get 13 Organizer to show digital photos that I import, as thumbnails instead of an icon which looks like a piece of paper with a folded corner and a tear to the bottom?

  I have PSE 13 V13.1 and I use an iMac (2.7 Ghz Intel Core i5 with 8G of memory). I analyze my color of medium format (6 cmX6cm) negative at my scanner Epson Perfection Photo V550 and save them in a file on my iMac. Then I import the photos to the Organizer to help either import or get photos and videos of files and folders. Pictures (jpeg format) are imported, but appear as icons instead of photos.  If I pass them to the editor, I can see the photos, but once I have edit them and save in the Organizer, they appear as icons.

  This only seems to happen with this negative size.  When I do the same process with negative 6cmX 4.5 cm, the thumbnails in the menu Organizer are pictures.

  If someone can help me with this problem I'd of course appreciate it.  Then I could go back to restore my old photos.

• Keyboard for icon carousel event listener

  I'm trying to create a "carousel of icon" that slips around the direction given by a keyboard (arrow keys) input.

  Here's what I mean;

  ... < icon 1 > | < icon 2 > | < icon 3 >...

  When the user presses the arrow button to the right, the icons will slide to the right.

  < icon 3 > | < icon 1 > | < icon 2 >

  When the user presses the arrow key to the left, the same thing happens in the opposite direction. The icon in the middle is always the one who is "selected".

  Every icon I have on a separate layer, because the motion tween is possible with only one symbol per layer. Under each layer icon I the movement designed to the way I like using interpolation, and it works fine when you just "Press enter"... but I would like the user to be able to control the direction backward with the arrow keys.

  The AS3.0 code I have for each layer is as follows:

  I had an icon were saying that this was 1 500 vector icons in a variety of subjects. It was a .ai file.

  But when I had and it opens, it's less than 200 icons, as many of them were simply repeated to make the complete preview of icons image.

  Also several subjects were rare at best with the 'food' maybe 1 icon to a serving dish.

  How can I report the seller to false description and get my money back?

  You are able to preview thumbnails of other types of media files?

  Method 1: clear the cache thumbnails and search for the issue.

  a. click Start, type cleanmgr and press ENTER.
  b. click on my files only.
  c. Select the letter of the system drive in the drop-down list.
  d. uncheck all entries except thumbnails.
  e. click on OK.

  Method 2: Install the latest codec for a pack help little to solve a similar question. So try to install the latest codec and check if that helps. You can use your favorite search engine to search for.

• LOOK for iOS: icons &amp; launch Image question

  AIR was so changed since I used it the last time, I can't really know anything, the documentation is a little confusing for me. Could someone of you please answer my question? For some, it would be fairly simple.

  When I copied the final .ipa file to my iPad 2, and its launch image appeared in Portrait mode! So, I'm totally confused that how many launch I provide images and what should be their names? I use Flash Professional CC to publish, I have included images of launch in publication settings, so is there any order I must follow or order in the files just doesn't metter? Please keep it carefully considered that this app is only for iPads (specified in the publishing dialog box) and only works in landscape (both, left and right).

  Icons:

  I followed the above Web page and Flash Professional CC has provided these icons: 29 x 29, 48 x 48, 50 x 50, 58 x 58, 72 x 72, 100 x 100, 144 x 144 and 1024 x 1024. I know 50 x 50 icon is created by air 48 x 48, and yet I have provided it and icon 512 x 512 is only for the purpose of development, we provide manually while downloading on App Store, so I did not plan it.

  When I copied final. IPA to iTunes, iTunes doesn't show the application icon as it allows to determine the development-ipa. So, I just want confirm is that normal or I missed something?

  Finally, I copied final. IPA for my iPad 2, when I started, I noticed that first of all it show image 'launch' in portrait (as mentioned above) and then can be 1-2 seconds, the launch went image and it showed a blank (black) screen until my application has started. The black and white screen showed for 3-4 seconds. Is this normal?

  "Default.png" is a bitmap portrait for iPhone, iPhone 3 and iPhone 3GS.

  ---

  For iPad 1, 2 & Mini, you will need an image 1024 x 768 called "Default - Landscape.png.

  For the iPad 3 and 4, you will need a 2048 x 1536 "[email protected]."

  ---

  So all you have to do is to include these images in the publication of launch settings and that's all, there is no special orders and you don't require other images 'Default' than these two. This should also fix your white screen problem.

  It is normal for release builds do not show their application icon in iTunes, you will notice that when you right click and press "Get Info" on an application, you should be able to see the icon.

• Lose the tray for "Digital Imaging Monitor" icon

  The "Digital Imaging Monitor" HP is great. It keeps my printer sharing and I love it, however, I don't have the icon down in the system tray. I know how to turn it off, 'right click - out', but I'd like to keep the "Digital Imaging Monitor" running and loose just the tray icon. There is no option for "icon view". Any suggestions? (HP Digital Imaging Monitor ver 10.0)

  Thanks for the reply, but I think you have me a little confused now. I don't know what you mean, what is the functionality of Windows 7 for all icons. As you can see in the screenshot, you can select options for each icon, you should be able to Windows XP as well, stated in this paper How to hide icons in Windows XP system tray .

  I feel like I'm missing just something here then please provide any other details in order to get to the same page you are on
