  Windows Security Essentials (MSE) is supposed to close Windows defender.

  WSE has his own Defender. To have 2 defenders running will create conflicts.

  All the all of a sudden when I launch Firefox 11 window does not appear, but the process will start in the Task Manager. But in the download zip 7 process it has also installed other applications that try to sell me unsolicited garbage.  I am appalled to see that Microsoft would send me to a site that attempted to install unsolicited applications.  Come on guys, just give me my windows version of WinZip go back so I can go about my business.   I have reviewed questions in this forum about this topic and it seems that it lasts for awhile now, surely someone at Microsoft noticed this problem and has a solution for this.  Can we download a fix for this.  Where in Windows is the program that opens zip files stored?

  When I open a new window in an extension of first HTML5 on Mac, it works,

  Trying to apply moveTo() or focus() after open() returns cannot... call to undefined method.

  It is a known issue with the CEP; We have disabled these methods (with window.open() or url >) to open a new page. A work-around using the API CSInterface.openURLInDefaultBrowser (url) to open it in the default browser in the system. I'm afraid that CEP provides no other methods to bypass if openURLInDefaultBrowser() does not fit your needs.

• My e-mail window does not open when I try to open a mail on my desk
