tilt shift and another blur adjustment anchors not visible

I have the latest updates for Adobe Photoshop CC. Using the edge blur filters, such as Tilt Shift don't show any adjustment anchors. If I get the chance to run my cursor of the mouse on them, I get a modified mouse cursor to indicate that I came to move them. but the reference lines, anchors... nothing is visible to show me where to make the changes or limits for these adjustments. I had hoped that this bug should be fixed, but apparently not. I am unable to find any other reference to it on the forums so maybe it's just me.
I can run my old Photoshop CS6 and they show very well. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I found the solutiuon. We must go in the bed of the view/Show/Edit. No idea what the default value is to have turned them off. Totally stupid. But at least I found where light them.

GPU is not available (other inconclusive posts)

I have been in contact with Nvidia on this problem. I showed them a screen shot of a video talking about compatibility. The screenshot shows that the user has a GTX 570, with the selected section CUDA and GPU work. By Nvidia, I thought that my GTX 660 is "much better" that the GTX 570, yet I do not get to select the GPU and CUDA section is inactive.
Adobe says that it is the video card and Nvidia it's After Effects, which is the origin of the problem.
Other posts about it speak for a setting in a text file, a framework in the environment variables and the other gives even a link to the same issue in Adobe Premiere . But I don't see anyone saying "Hey, thanks, that worked.

Someone said that if you get the message 'GPU is not available' means that the video card is incompatible end of story. According to Nvidia, the GTX 570 works 660 GTX should work, because it is more advanced card.

"Bluetooth is not available" on every other restart

Hi people,

I got 5K 27 "iMac and restored on it backup Time Capsule of my MacBook in order to have two as identical as possible systems (iCloud + Dropbox do wonders). 10.11.4 running (15E65).

In any case, what happens is that iMac that Bluetooth died at reboot. It says "Bluetooth is not available. However, if I can connect a regular USB mouse and restart the computer once again, on this second start Bluetooth will be OK.

So, naturally, I disconnect the USB mouse and continue working with Bluetooth devices.

But then, if I restart the computer, new Bluetooth is not available. Again, I must plug the USB mouse just so I could control the mouse pointer and reboot once again. And here again, this second restart Bluetooth comes back online. And that's how permanently, I can reproduce the situation without a flaw. Reboot > Bluetooth dies > plug the USB mouse > reboot > Bluetooth is back.

I tried SMC & PRAM reset, does not help.

I should try fresh reinstall OS? Because the only thing I can think is that I got the backup Time Capsule MBP is something strange to the system.

I have the same problem on the iMac even without the Time Capsule backup. I also tried a reset SMC/PRAM/Bluetooth.plist and will have no chance.

When I create a new message, I always get a message as text, even if I set the options to create HTML messages.

I tried to show formatting toolbar, but it is not available; only the menubar, toolbar of Composition and the status bar are show as options under the view > toolbars menu. See the attached images.

The screenshot of the window of your writing indicates that you're writing a message in plain text. There is no Insert command besides the choice of the bar shaped. These two are not used or allowed in plain text. Where did the name.
The other screenshot is meaningless, because it does not deal with HTML or plain text.

To switch between HTML and plain text on a time basis, you hold the SHIFT key while clicking on write. It will pass between what you defined in the account settings. If you do it with your existing settings, you should see the missing items.

To make the change in account settings go to the menu bar and select Tools-account-Composition parameters and addressing
Check the option use HTML.

DirectX (features not available) problem

I would like to help on my installation of DirectX. Another problem is that I don't have a lot of knowledge about this software so if anyone knows how to this problem, I would really appreciate if you can teach it me step-by-step.

Now go to the problem, my office uses running very well until I tried to start a few games one that needs directx and other need a card level DX9 (Unity Web Player). The games I run made me a few mistakes and some are worse which operates the same.
