Time indicated on incoming and outgoing emails not correct with real time sent or received

Time that appears on all my incoming emails indicating when they were sent and the time on my outgoing e-mail is incorrect and does not take account of real time.

How can I fix it?

The time displayed is applied by the email server - be it MSN, Yahoo!, GMail, or somewhere else.  If it is showing the wrong time zone for you, then you should check the settings of your account on the server and if he knows what time zone you are in. - B-

  • My Thunderbird consistantly shows date of tomorrow on the incoming and outgoing emails. even if the system clock and clock Windows indicate the correct date. Help.

My installation of Thunderbird seems to use a 24 hour clock before the actual time. For example the received messages on December 25, 2014 are dated December 26.

In addition, when I answered a message entering today, December 25, automated header said that I was responding to a received message on 26 December.

System clock of my computer and the Windows clock to show the correct date.

Y at - it no way to force the Thunderbird to read again the system clock, or any other way to reset the time internal Thunderbird?

Thunderbird uses your computer's clock. There nothing else for reference. I suggest you double check that your clock to the time and time zone. There is no reason to look at the bios to check the computer's clock.

  • How to change my password and my incoming and outgoing mail servers

Hello, I used Outlook Express for years and I know how to set up 'everything' I need in the pages of parameters because their settings pages are all "logical" with everything out in the open.

However, Thunderbird "cache" their settings behind the buttons and confusing forms.

There are many tutorials that explain how to set up Thunderbird since the beginning and show how to set up a new e-mail account. But I was not able to find a tutorial on how to change my password "after that" I have been using Thunderbird for a while.

I'm also no way to change the incoming and outgoing servers. For example, I changed my hosting at another Web host and I need to use the new the new hosting company e-mail servers and I can not anywhere, see any tutorials that cover current activities or day by day with Thunderbird.

Can you please change your screens of settings for Thunderbird easier for new people to find these normal and necessary?

Also can you please point me to a tutorial that shows me how to change my password and change my incoming and outgoing servers?

    Thank you very much!

    Edward

You can change your settings to

    • Thunderbird > tools > accounts settings
    • After clicking the account settings > you get a pop up window
      • Left hand side you can see the list of emails that you configured
      • Same left panel last option is the outgoing server settings

Thunderbird is the customer between the user and the mail server. She never recorded your personal membership. If you want to change your password, go to your mail server and change it via browser

  • Incoming and outgoing servers

I try to send an email to apply for a job with my resume and were invited to fill out my incoming and outgoing servers who should I go to find this information responds (in lay mans terms please)

    [Moved from comments]

You should contact your provider of messaging service for this information.  It is an electronic forum and communications in Windows, but it cannot dictate your information you need, as that depends on your provider.  If you go through Hotmail, then ask in the forum of Hotmail here: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/hotmail if not, see your email provider's website.  They usually have this information on it.  You will also need to specify which version of Windows you are using and how you access your emails in this version.  Without more information, it is unlikely that you will get more specific help.

  • Outlook express 6 rebounds all incoming and outgoing messages on Wndows xp.

I posted this question earlier, but apparently to the wrong forum.  I deleted all the messages in my nbox, sent items, deleted projects... All incoming and outgoing messages are bounced back indicating that the bytes are at their limit.  I don't know if the messages are stored on my server or not.  Don't know how to check.

Is there a solution for this?

In addition to the other suggestions, try to go to the file. Identities and setup a new identity.  Add your e-mail account to this identity and see if it will download messages and delete what is on the server.  The files can be corrupted in the old identity and may not delete messages from the server.  You can also contact your provider and e-mail them to check on errors.

  • block incoming and outgoing calls for some phones

    Dear all

I have some phones like the kitchen, to block incoming and outgoing calls to the phones of these kitchen and I want these phones to call only internally. I have E1 gateway H323. How the configuration it will be CSS and Partition?

    Thanks and greetings

Ideally, you need to two CSSs for this - a CSS gateway and a device of CSS. Type the extension of the kitchen a new partition. Add this new partition to the CSS but not the CSS bridge. In this way the incoming calls are blocked.

For outgoing calls, you will need to another partition and CSS. The partition must contain the model 9. ! (or whatever your outdoor access code) and should block it. It may be the translation or boss of the road according to the design of your CUCM numbering plan. This model will be assigned to a new CSS called Block_All (or something), and this must be attributed to the level of the line.

    the servers are:

(the last photo is important - you need to check - this server requires an encrypted connection SSL - SMTP and POP3 too)
