  Sounds to me like you just want to join the tables on a partial string, so to make you just extract the numbers from the table A Column1.

  I think that you have not worked on adf 12.1.3.  In adf 12.1.3 you don't have to explicitly create the association. When you create the EO to your table, Association xxxxFkAssoc, will be created by ADF12.1.3 for you automatically. Please try this and do not answer anything... You can also follow the links below.   I want to compare these two tables based on the EMPNO (EMPNO even is both tables).

  I try to help the developer on this, and it resists change to use external tables. Even if I can overcome that, I now have a puzzle I want to solve, just to add to my knowledge.  Plus, I have some concerns at this stage that whatever it is that miss me here could also come into play if I convert external tables.

  Are you sure that put you the post in the right place?  It should be located in the first definition of the following field each time after the first when clause clause.  Put after the first when the clause is optional.  When I use the following with what you have provided, it loads 1 record in the table header and 3 records in the Details table.  Did you actually do or tell your developer to do and wish that he understood and put it in the right place?

  I'm trying to implement single master with two tables in detail using oracle adf framework of Jdev 11.1.1.4.0. I am able to only master / details using the link display but unable to reach the details i.e., nested block child master with nested blocks.
  
  I created query view object based on the master and two poll objects of the base seen as details. Then, I created two master of first child link and another link for master of the second child. Even in this case in my data controls I see two different components which is incorrect.
  
  Please let me know how to create a data control for an example below:
  Fruit [MASTER]

  If the form of files your multiple source tables are a unique entry in the table target, then they will certainly be linked. You can drag columns from a source model to another model of source to generate a join in the designer criteria.

  The form of navigation for sample table requires a connection between the master and detail too. You may not have noticed, but it's there.

  I never tried it myself, but it should be possible to do so. When you create the data model master detail relationship departments and employees his game in upwards automatically. If you open the module of the application data model, you should see a departments view with a view of the employees below.

  Now you design a page and drag the view of ministries since the data control on the page, and drop as table do the unique selection of the table. Now, select the view of departments in the data control, open the node and seek the views of employees inside. It is the part of retail. Drag the view of the employees on the page and drop it in the table. Make the selection single table or multi.

  Now, you must implement a partial trigger between the two tables. Open the properties of the employees table and find the partial trigger property. Select the small arrow to the right and select Edit. In the dialog box, you find the departments table, and select. Close the dialog box.

  You can now launch the application. I'm not sure that the partial trigger is sufficient to get the array of updated detail. You will need to implement a selection listener in a bean for the main table and update the details from there.

• two relationships between two tables

  I created a cube in my db (using OWB) of two relationships to my time dimension. A relationship shows the start time of a process, that the other represents the date of termination or end.
  
  example of the cube:
  
  Fact1
  Fact2
  Dim_Time1
  Dim_Time2
  
  where Dim_time1 and Dim_Time2 link to the same dimension.
  
  Unfortunately I have trouble this manually import in obiee administrator. I imported the fact table and the dimension of the physical layer table. Can I move to the business layer and create the two joins between two tables. But the overall consistency check up a mistake, I shouldn't have two relationships between two tables and remove a foreign key.
  
  What I am doing wrong?

  Knut,

  In your example, you should have a time dimension in the phyiscal layer and alias of this 2 x, for Dim_time1 and for Dim_time2, in this way aliases are separate tables as the BI server point of view and you define releations separate on the same table, you can define specific to each alias dim relevant time joins.

  In this way, you will have two time decreases intensity in MDB layer also, has 'Dim-Start Time' and a ' Sun - term time "or similar.
