To try to correct an error 80070490 without reconstruction in server 2008

I have a recently installed, production server which is to have Windows Update issues. He said there is an outstanding update Kb967723, but trying to run an error 80070490. There is also a shield of update in the button turn off.  I can't start one level (x 64), because the software does not work and I can't take the server offline for so long at the moment.

CBS.log added after the execution of the update the following.

What are my options?

You could try the System File Checker.

No warranty, you will still need to do a reinstall.
