Trace hops

Hi all

I have a question. In my production network, I saw in a switch of layer-3 ago configured a default route to the break following ip (virtual IP address of the firewall) and the next hop ip block is configured in a VIRTUAL LAN in the layer 3 switch. When I draw, I don't see the firewall ip address in the trace. Here you can tell maybe firewall is denying ping. But my point is, if the firewall is denying ping, then I could see a result of timeout for a jump in the path of the trace. But I didn't see no timeout in the trace path that rather than I saw another IP address that is not the ip of the stretch depending on whether we have configured. Can anyone help to understand what is happening here?

Hello

How you have configured your firewall? It is in bridge or bridge mode?

Kind regards

  • Trace the signal with little data

    Hello everyone,

    I have the problem of tracking. I would draw a signal I have greated. I store the profile of signals in a table and this table I want to give with "draw the waveform. The problem now is that my signal may have a minimum of 4 values. The function of "Draw the waveform" plots each position of the table in the graph. With 4 values, the result is a triangle signal but it is false, that the signal should be like a rectangle (signal Wave Drive). There is no action between that. I have the oscilloscope the correct signal with only values in the table.

    In the 1 following you can see the result. The signal has an offset of 5 V, just FYI. The signal should be the signal in the following 2 (orange).

    Hope someone can help me.

    Best regards

    Probably a trace type thin step in PlotWaveform will do what you want.

    You can experiment with styles of different path for example native of race graphs.prj: you can locate with finder example or simply search in the \userint folder.

  • Toolkit of Real Time Execution Trace functional limitation on targets NI Linux real time taken in charge

    We want to start by using the Toolbox in real-time to backtrace of memory allocation profile on a target of cRIO 9035 & 9039.

    The product information (http://sine.ni.com/nips/cds/view/p/lang/nl/nid/209041) page has a note indicating that the Toolbox has limited functionality on real-time OR-Linux supported targets.

    However, I couldn't find any specific details about what are these limitations.

    If anyone can clarify which restrictions apply?

    Are there alternatives (party packages) that offer a feature more complete?

    Hello Jörn,

    Did some more research, the following limitationrs occur on targets LInux RTOS,

    -The Manager of memory when used on targets of Linux, saves only data for LabVIEW processes and threads, not the global memory of the systems.
    -Wait object are not recorded events
    -Trace buffer size cannot be changed
    -Timed loop pre-emption and reactivation of SRI events are not marked

    I'd say the best place to search for the start-up of your cRIO's finder example in LabVIEW itself there are a lot of examples available out there that might only need to the alternances of mine to find the solution you are looking for.

    In addition the cRIO examples there are several examples that illustrate the use of 3D graphics who has X Y and Z axis

  • How to determine the type of trace

    Hello

    I use a graph xy with a variable number of plots: line a few plots and multiple xy.

    After tracing, I would like to inspect the data: for this purpose, I thought that scroll the plots using ATTR_FIRST_PLOT and ATTR_NEXT_PLOT.

    Then, using GetPlotAttribute (ATTR_PLOT_YDATA) I thought to get the data sets for analysis - I hope the plot is an xy trace and not a line plot... Unfortunately I have not found an appropriate attribute that I could read to differentiate a line plot and a plot xy - using GetPlotAttribute (ATTR_PLOT_YDATA) on a line plot is not valid and returns an error. (There is no trace of attribute plot type)

    The only thing I could think about using different lines for the tracing types - but in this case the xy plots are dispersion diagrams...

    Tips are welcome...

    There is an attribute of type of terrain without documentation, that you can use. You can't define it, but you can get it.

    You can find it in this list of attributes without papers. In this case, you don't have to worry about disclaimer that in this post, I did. After this public list, we will certainly not belittle one of them in a later version, and this particular attribute is as simple as they come, so you don't have to worry that it is buggy.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

  • Cisco ASA (8.3) - Packet trace / Multi context Classification

    Hello

    I use packet - trace for a while on and outside, with mixed results.

    I am running a firewall context multi with more than 10 of the same shared contexts outside the interface / network.

    All interfaces have obviously valid and unique IPs and also the unique MAC addresses as automatic address mac is enabled in the system context.

    It is an ASA 5550 running 8.3 (2.10) Provisional includes therefore the fix for the bug failed packet classification - draw well known.

    So in theory, with firewall settings on a shared interface ASA must use the firewall MAC address to classify incoming traffic on the correct firewall and as far as I know, only retreating to use TAR to classify if the Mac of the interface are the same. Actually on my platform, appears not to be the case and the classifier uses NAT to determine the context of destination. I see this with live traffic (that is not generated by packet - trace) in newspapers and can prove it by disabling some NAT rules (there is some overlap with the IP address behind each firewall).

    My question about packet trace is - in the scenario above with an external interface shared, tracer package uses not ALWAYS NAT to determine the context of destination? Or tracer packet search address MAC interface penetration depending on what context you run packet tracer of? It seems that packet - trace uses NAT in my case which could be just symptomatic of the potential bug I described above, rather than by design.

    I searched the forums for an answer to this and have not found one - don't know if it will be a question for developers TAC?

    See you soon

    Paul

    Hi Paul,.

    The packet - trace has no way to specify the MAC address of the simulated package, so it will always return a check of the NAT. It is currently a limiation of the feature of packet - trace in multiple context mode.

    In addition, if your NAT rules contains the 'none' keyword of the pair of the interface, you should be aware of this bug:

    CSCts07069 - ASA: packet classifier fails with "any" in the rule being NAT (fixed in 8.3.2.28)

    Hope that helps.

  • Deleting an account Windows 8 will remove traces of spyware/adware etc?

    One of accounts windows 8 has been recently infected with adware/spyware, other accounts show no sign of adware so I guess that this account has been affected. I have installed a number of security such as Malwarebytes, spybot search and destroy programs, and adware seem to have disappeared.

    This account and the computer is newly configured, so it's not really a lot of backup and not big thing to lose, but delete/remove this particular account would eliminate all traces of virus/adware/spyware that came with the freeware from cnet doubtful? Or good is the computer to use the services banking etc now, since there is no obvious signs of adware that was once present at 100%?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello Juuuce,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community forum.

    As described in question, it seems that the problem that faced you account specific user but when you created a new user account and then everything seems to work very well.

    I quite agree with you that if new user created account works well then you can delete the old account, but make sure all the important files, data images and information you need from the old account has been moved to the new account or that she has been saved on an external device.

    If you are sure that you need no more files, data, images and information from the previous account, then you may delete the account.

    Note: If you delete the account, then all files, data, images and information stored on the user account will be lost and you will not be able to recover them.

    Hope that I was able to answer all of your concerns. If you have more concerns, please post back and we'll be happy to help you.

    Thank you.

  • Trace the image

    any help would be greatly appreciated.  I want to do a trace of the image with 7 colors.  It is obviously the more colors you use the less detailed image.  For my particular piece that I use, I would have the detail when 30 colors are used, but only actually using 7.  I hope that makes sense, if it is not let me know and I'll try to explain further.  It is not yet possible. Thank you!

    When there are 7 colors allowed in the result, must detail where? Thwart you possible differentiations, areas that used to have different colors, are combined.

  • Trying to manage the background trace files

    With all the parameters of track known to zero, there are daily newspapers of processes that have no discernible purpose.  I'm looking for advice and solutions to reduce chatter.  I searched and have not yet found a source to explain why we need them.

    Since RDBMS 11 g, you can set the parameters of adrci SHORTP_POLICY and LONGP_POLICY.

    For example:

    [oracle@xxxxxxx ~] $ adrci

    ADRCI: Version 11.2.0.3.0 - Production on Mon Feb 4 11:15:54 2013

    Copyright (c) 1982, 2011, Oracle and/or its affiliates.  All rights reserved.

    Basis of the ADR = ' / u01/app/oracle '.
    adrci > show houses
    Houses of ADR:
    diag/rdbms/xxx/xxx
    diag/tnslsnr/xxxxxx/listener
    adrci > put House diag/rdbms/xxx/xxx
    adrci > set (SHORTP_POLICY = 240) # 240 hours: 10 days
    adrci > set (LONGP_POLICY = 240)
    adrci > put House diag/tnslsnr/xxx/listener
    adrci > set (SHORTP_POLICY = 240)
    adrci > set (LONGP_POLICY = 240)

    You can manually delete the trace files:

    adrci > put House diag/tnslsnr/xxx/listener

    adrci > purge - age 1440 - type track

    I hope this helps

  • Trace of image in Illustrator CC 2015

    I need help with the track of the image of "new and improved" functionality in its new version of Illustrator. I absolutely LOVED the trace of the image in Illustrator CS5, but everything since then has been garbage. at least for what I need to.

    I need image trace to be able to rotate the image as an attachment in a vector and maintain sharp edges of stairs intervened. CS5 does it perfectly, but no matter what settings I use in the new version, I can't maintain nice strong 90 degrees. I know there are people very well informed in this forum, and I hope someone can shed some light on this issue.

    The images I work with are 1-bit bmp files, but I had to convert JPG to post here.

    Thank you!

    16.jpg

    The solution to my problem was just reinstall Illustrator CS5 on my machine, and just use the trace image feature in this version whenever I need.

  • Is there a way to trace an image using Photoshop sketch?

    Hello, everyone,

    Is there a way to trace an image using Photoshop sketch?  I'm used to the use of a light box and tracing the images by hand which I can scan in Photoshop.  It would be wonderful if I could draw a picture in the Sketch show on the iPad Pro and avoid to analyze completely.

    I couldn't find a manual Sketch anywhere, and I wanted to know if this was possible before you buy the software for the iPad.

    I thank very you much for your time.

    Kind regards

    Chris

    Gawain,

    Sketch of Photoshop has layers of two pictures and a drawing layer so, Yes, you can place an image into a work plan and the trace on it.

    Here's how to put a photo into a canvas:

    1. a work plan of open sketch, press (landscape) Photo icon in the toolbar.

    2. which will open a selection of menu with three layers as well as the ability to shoot a picture on my iPad, take a picture, the files of my CC, market, Adobe Stock.

    3. Once you place the image, you can move it to the lower layer so you can draw on it.

    Hope that helps.

    Sue.

  • place, trace, expand and race - stuck on the race

    I am writing a script to browse the files in a folder - I need to put, trace, expand and every race.

    So far, I have the code below works fine - I can put, trace, and develop but cannot work out how to add the line?

    for (i = 0; i < fileList.length; i ++) {}

    throw = doc.layers.add ();

    Lay.Name = list of files [i].name.slice (0, -4);

    thisPlace = doc.placedItems.add ();

    thisPlace.file = allFiles [i];

    thisImage = thisPlace.trace ();

    thisImage.tracing.tracingOptions.loadFromPreset ("myPreset");

    var thisTracing = thisImage.tracing.expandTracing ();

    }

    I edited the script for brevity - everything else does not work, I just can't race. I think the issue I'm having is to know what object to apply the stroke.

    Any advice would be great.

    Don't know what exactly you're after, but: tracingOptions has a Boolean features, you can use, otherwise you could browse the pathItems of each point tracing once expanded and apply a line directly with whatever attributes you want. Hope that something turns out to be useful for your efforts.
