  A single user license allows installation enabled on both machines.  If you do not want that it works on the original machine that you can.  If you want to disable and then open one of the applications and choose Help-> Deactivate.

  You're wrong. No, you cannot simply use your serial number to Win on a Mac. This requires a good trading platform, which is free for current versions, but cannot be done at once. And you don't get a physical media unless you explicitly ask. It's just a download. CS7 is available when you buy simply upgrade platforms and switch.
