  You will need to follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Connect to " https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf" using your Adobe ID credentials stored.
  • After signing in, click on "Select Export PDF files" and choose the PDF file in your computer or simply drag.
  • A new window will appear in which you must choose 'Word' label 'convert '.
  • Then, you can download the converted file on your computer or locate them on the "Files" tab

  If you mean that you open a PDF with Adobe Reader and the document appears to use a symbol instead of something recognizable font... the file is damaged and you will need to get the sender to send again.

  If you mean you are trying to edit a pdf document by opening Word, you can do that.

  You can change (some) pdf documents if you have Adobe Acrobat (which, unlike Adobe Reader, is NOT free).  The only way you can change a pdf without Acrobat document is to use the optical recognition of characters (OCR) software.  If you have a scanner, this software might have been bundled with it.  Or you could see if the pdf to print and scan file then it would result in an editable document - once again, if there is an OCR software at your disposal.

  You can ask the sender to send the document as a word (or Rich Text Format (rtf), which can be opened by Word).

  Or you can simply print the pdf, annotate the old-fashioned (with a red pencil) way, take to Kinko's, Staples, or a similar office supply place and get it scanned to pdf and then send this return pdf.

  Edit the form fields so that they use Helvetica by 9 points. Do not set the Arial font. Acrobat/Reader will use a private version of Arial as a substitute for Helvetica. If you specify Arial, it will integrate the entire police (sometimes several times), makes that increase the file size unnecessarily.

  (1) open the PDF and save as on the other TIFF

  (2) combine TIFF in acrobat

  (3) text recog the newly combined file

  4) Save as PDF

  It works, but I is a tedious process of multi steps.

  I wonder if there is a way to automate this, so do not human intervention?

  Hello everyone.  I was wondering if there was a way to make a visible label in normal mode for a form of PDF text field.  I do my PDF form with a text box to fill in.  Well, I would like the name of the box appears when someone opens the PDF, not only if they go only in the view of the edit form.  I hope I'm making sense.  So far, the only thing I can think of is to do a button with the label above the text box to fill out or make the text to a drop-down list in the box area.  However, with a drop-down list box, I can not change how the text will display when it is typed in.  At the present time, although, when someone opens the PDF file, normally, the highlighted text to fill Boxing see the but not the labels with them even though I have names entered the name and ToolTip.

  One thing you can do is set up a script to custom size for a text field that is:

  a standard .txt file, simply read it in Word, and then do a backup with regard
