  I see that you have a Pack PDF Adobe membership. You can access it directly from this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com (click the tab ExportPDF if want to convert a PDF to Word file). If you have Acrobat Reader, you can also access the ExportPDF function in the tool pane there.

  Edit the form fields so that they use Helvetica by 9 points. Do not set the Arial font. Acrobat/Reader will use a private version of Arial as a substitute for Helvetica. If you specify Arial, it will integrate the entire police (sometimes several times), makes that increase the file size unnecessarily.

  This is not related to Acrobat, Microsoft, you can see this problem with Microsoft Word is known: grant access file: cannot open the document: user - Microsoft Community it is a sandbox application. It restricts user with several workflow.

  Known limit of Acrobat export feature. It cannot properly manage the alphabets from right to the left like Hebrew, Arabic and Farsi.

  Looks like there may be some confusion on your system which application should be associated with PDF files. You can reset the file name associations by following the steps described in these articles (depending on your operating system):

  I'm afraid that you may need to reduce your expecations. PDF files contains no information as the columns, not same paragraphs, so all that.  You can just hope the document Word contains items to help you get started, but not translators must where possible be expected to obtain the original copy of the file and work with it, must work with a PDF file that is much more useful than a printed page. If the journal takes the PDF presentations, they did a lot of work for you. Consider again pages in InDesign by placing for the graphics, adding new text stream and retyping the text.

  It's a question of how the recipients e-mail programs deal with attachments. Many e-mail programs will open all the files they can handle, including files jpg and PDF, by default, and if the recipient has not changed that there is nothing you can do about it. The only solution is to the compress first, then it will be delivered as an attachment, allowing the recipient to decompress and open it.
