TRANSITION SEARCH TABLE AND COUNTY FROM HIGH TO LOW

I have 4 entries to dig.  I want to count the number of times where each individual entry passes up and down and display the number I have attached the vi as v11.  Thanks for any help.

Hello Jootbox,

Do you by any chance a cDAQ chassis 9181?

If you are, it might be a good idea to use the 4 meters internally available on this chassis.

A simple example on counting the edges can be found here:

  • Why the coldfusion costs number tables and dates from 1

    Why is coldfusion number tables and other structures of 1. Its pretty exasperating when the rest of the world for the most starts at 0?

    Zero base tables are a legacy from the time of the system who need to work on the address offset base memory table is stored to locate the starting address of each element.  So it makes a little sense that the first element is offset from the base address by a factor of zero.

    There are languages that predate C (where the C++ germinated some sort of horrible nightmare) that using 1 that the marketing of the index... it is just C has been reduced to minimize the translation of C code machine, and in this case 0 is more logical.  And other languages 'hug' just copied.  It is - in the modern era in which the source language is usually so far away from the machine language - illogical to persist with this kind of approach for one good reason other than to copy makes another language.

    On the human level, there is not a zero element in a collection, and because it is not really a treatment save one more just to start the table to a position more respectful man, why not?

    I mean... How confusing is really remember what language is that?

  • How can I fix my resolution when it will automatically from high to low?

    Since I installed my touchsmart 610-1180qd I had problems with passing automatically to 640 x 480 resolution.  When I try to change the resolution in the Control Panel, the resolution button is not highlighted. I have to turn on my computer works to return to the initial setting high resolution. I called technical support 4 - 5 times all ready without solution. I'll give them another call, but if anyone knows what is the problem, I would appreciate your help.

    I also have the same problem with the resolution of the screen change after the mode 'sleep'.  After being unable to find a solution to the problem on the internet, I have played around with my settings and have found what seems to be a viable solution (at least for me).  I say this because I know that the issue is not yet resolved, but at least I found a way to keep my video resolution even after the return of the mode 'sleep'.  I have tested my 'solution' for the week past and have found that it works... until now.  So without further ADO, here is what I did:

    (This process which requires you to write your settings of resolution in a two steps)

    First of all, you need to open the 'NVIDIA control panel '.  This can be done by right-clicking on a any part of the homepage and selecting "NVIDIA control panel", or will the taskbar (next to the clock) and right click on the NVIDIA icon.  Once you are in the Control Panel, select "Change resolution" under the heading "display".  When everything is working properly, you will see your "recommended" setting, as well as all the other parameters available.  Then click on the 'Customize' button which will open a pop-up window.  In this window, click on the button 'Create Custom Resolution'.  This will bring up a context menu that allows to display all of your current settings (for example Horizontal pixels, vertical lines etc.).  There are 17 variables, you will need to register.  Once you have entered these parameters, you can put your computer in mode 'sleep' to activate the resolution problem.  For me, I had to wait some time before the issue of the resolution would surface (an indication that the problem occurred before even to see the screen was a sound the computer would just before you wake.)  It's the sound that makes Windows when you connect a usb device and windows detects it).

    Now that your screen resolution has changed (a very undesirable occurrence), you must make your way to the NVIDIA Control Panel.  It is extremely difficult due to the large size of the windows and such (I had to hide my taskbar automatically in order to access all the necessary buttons).  You will need to then press the button 'Customize' and 'create a custom resolution' button once more.  Once there, you can enter your 'custom' variables, even if they are the real '' recommended '' for your resolution settings.  (Tip: under the "calendar" section, you may need to move from "automatic" to "manual" in order to access the lower set of variables.)  Once you have finished, click on the 'test' button, and your resolution should be back to normal.  I think he will ask you if you want to preserve settings, and if they are to your satisfaction, then click Yes.  Once you have done this, it will save your settings 'customized', so that when your computer becomes crazy and changing your resolution again, it will be pushed to change for your custom configuration.

    Some things to note, you can't create and save a custom setting when your computer is not working properly because it will just tell you that it is a double parameter.  Your can only create and save the custom setting when the computer has been removed and all parameters available in addition to 640 x 480.  That's why you go through all the trouble in resolution 640 x 480.  That's what I did to make my computer 'Act' normal after the mode 'sleep'.  It has worked for me so far, but I know that the problem is still there because all the other resolutions are missing (next to 640 x 480 and my "custom" of the 1920 x 1080 resolution).  Of course once you restart your computer, all your choices of resolution will be back.

    If this does not work for you, I'm sorry.  I'm not an it expert by any means.  I couldn't stand having to restart my computer whenever he entered mode 'sleep'.  I am very disappointed that hp has not addressed this issue or have found a real solution to it, but at least I can leave my computer goes into sleep mode now.  I tried to be as detailed as possible in my explainantion of measures to take, but feel free to ask if you have any questions.   I'll try to clarify if I can, but as I said, I'm no computer expert, and I could not be able to answer your actual technical questions.

    Good luck to you all.

  • I can't drag the arrow to change my screen resolution. He moves only from high to low-nothing in between.

    I can't drag the arrow to change the resolution on my new laptop. He moves only from the highest to lowest - nothing in between.

    Hi Eileen,.

    Thanks for posting the question in the Microsoft Community!

    You can use only the highest and most low screen resolutions available and nothing in between.

    What is brand and model monitor?

    The resolution, you can use is based on the resolution that your monitor supports. CRT monitors generally display a resolution of 800 × 600 or 1024 × 768 pixels and can work well with different resolutions. LCD monitors, also called flat screens and screens of portable computers often support higher resolutions and better suited to a specific resolution.

    The website can provide more information:

  • Strange behaviour of PIX - cannot access all protocols from high to low security

    I have a 515 with four active interfaces (material of three and a VIRTUAL local area network). I have a DMZ interface with security level equal to 6. The DMZ network is flat and all the guests have the PIX as their DGW. Here is a copy of the current configuration. Am I missing something? This shouldn't be so hard!

  • Creating a unique index frame on a one-to-many table and search

    Hello

    I was properly put in place of the full text index on multiple columns on the same table (using the MULTI_COLUMN_DATASTORE preferences), but now I have a situation with a table of one-to-many data collection (with a CF of a lookup table), and I need to get columns through two of these tables. Code example below, several of my chatter after the code block:
    CREATE TABLE SUBMISSION
    ( SUBMISSION_ID             NUMBER(10)          NOT NULL,
      SUBMISSION_NAME           VARCHAR2(100)       NOT NULL
    );

    CREATE TABLE ADVISOR_TYPE
    ( ADVISOR_TYPE_ID           NUMBER(10)          NOT NULL,
      ADVISOR_TYPE_NAME         VARCHAR2(50)        NOT NULL
    );

    CREATE TABLE SUBMISSION_ADVISORS
    ( SUBMISSION_ADVISORS_ID    NUMBER(10)          NOT NULL,
      SUBMISSION_ID             NUMBER(10)          NOT NULL,
      ADVISOR_TYPE_ID           NUMBER(10)          NOT NULL,
      FIRST_NAME                VARCHAR(50)         NULL,
      LAST_NAME                 VARCHAR(50)         NULL,
      SUFFIX                    VARCHAR(20)         NULL
    );

    INSERT INTO SUBMISSION (SUBMISSION_ID, SUBMISSION_NAME) VALUES (1, 'Some Research Paper');
    INSERT INTO SUBMISSION (SUBMISSION_ID, SUBMISSION_NAME) VALUES (2, 'Thesis on 17th Century Weather Patterns');
    INSERT INTO SUBMISSION (SUBMISSION_ID, SUBMISSION_NAME) VALUES (3, 'Statistical Analysis on Sunny Days in March');

    INSERT INTO ADVISOR_TYPE (ADVISOR_TYPE_ID, ADVISOR_TYPE_NAME) VALUES (1, 'Department Chair');
    INSERT INTO ADVISOR_TYPE (ADVISOR_TYPE_ID, ADVISOR_TYPE_NAME) VALUES (2, 'Department Co-Chair');
    INSERT INTO ADVISOR_TYPE (ADVISOR_TYPE_ID, ADVISOR_TYPE_NAME) VALUES (3, 'Professor');
    INSERT INTO ADVISOR_TYPE (ADVISOR_TYPE_ID, ADVISOR_TYPE_NAME) VALUES (4, 'Associate Professor');
    INSERT INTO ADVISOR_TYPE (ADVISOR_TYPE_ID, ADVISOR_TYPE_NAME) VALUES (5, 'Scientist');

    INSERT INTO SUBMISSION_ADVISORS (SUBMISSION_ADVISORS_ID, SUBMISSION_ID, ADVISOR_TYPE_ID, FIRST_NAME, LAST_NAME, SUFFIX) VALUES (1,1,2,'John', 'Doe', 'PhD');
    INSERT INTO SUBMISSION_ADVISORS (SUBMISSION_ADVISORS_ID, SUBMISSION_ID, ADVISOR_TYPE_ID, FIRST_NAME, LAST_NAME, SUFFIX) VALUES (2,1,2,'Jane', 'Doe', 'PhD');
    INSERT INTO SUBMISSION_ADVISORS (SUBMISSION_ADVISORS_ID, SUBMISSION_ID, ADVISOR_TYPE_ID, FIRST_NAME, LAST_NAME, SUFFIX) VALUES (3,2,3,'Johan', 'Smith', NULL);
    INSERT INTO SUBMISSION_ADVISORS (SUBMISSION_ADVISORS_ID, SUBMISSION_ID, ADVISOR_TYPE_ID, FIRST_NAME, LAST_NAME, SUFFIX) VALUES (4,2,4,'Magnus', 'Jackson', 'MS');
    INSERT INTO SUBMISSION_ADVISORS (SUBMISSION_ADVISORS_ID, SUBMISSION_ID, ADVISOR_TYPE_ID, FIRST_NAME, LAST_NAME, SUFFIX) VALUES (5,3,5,'Williard', 'Forsberg', 'AMS');

    COMMIT;
    I want to be able to create a text index to group these fields:

    SUBMISSION_ADVISORS. FIRST NAME
    SUBMISSION_ADVISORS. LAST_NAME
    SUBMISSION_ADVISORS. SUFFIX
    ADVISOR_TYPE. ADVISOR_TYPE_NAME

    I looked at DETAIL_DATASTORE and USER_DATASTORE, but examples of Oracle Docs for DETAIL_DATASTORE leave me a little confused. It seems that this should be fairly simple.

    Ideally, I try to avoid creating new columns and keeping a minimum shutter adjustments. But I'm open to any suggestion. Thanks for your time and your thoughts.

    -Jamie

    I would create a procedure that creates a virtual with labels document, what is the multi_column_datatstore behind the scenes. Then I would like to use this procedure in a user_datastore, so the result is the same for several tables as a multi_column_datastore for a table. I would use auto_section_group or another type of Group of sections, so that you can search from WITHIN as with the multi_column_datastore. Please see the demo below.

  • Create and search the tables and apply the style

    Hello

    I am very new to scripting. I want to learn the basics like creating a table, creating anchored frames, frames of related texts, etc..

    Now, I want to create/search tables in a document, and I want to apply styles. I saw a script to do this. When I paste the Extendscript CS4 script, as the program crash.

    The crash of the program in part 1. When I create another script with only part 2 (see //part 2) then there is no problem.

    What I've done wrong? And can someone tell me what part 1 of the script do?

    Thank you

    Part 1

    using your version; I prefer return 0 if table not found
    function findTable (obj) { }
    while (obj.constructor.name! = 'Table') {
    obj = obj.parent;
    if (obj.constructor.name is 'Application') {
    throw 'Can't find table'
    }
    }
    return obj
    }

    Part 2

    var myTable = 0;
    if (app.documents.length > 0 & & app.selection.length > 0)
    myTable = findTable(app.selection[0]);

    check at least enough lines for 1 row from the top, 1 body line, row 1 down
    if (myTable! = 0 & & myTable.rows.length > = 3) {
    / / remove all the rules; INSET value 0
    myTable.cells.everyItem () .appliedCellStyle = "[None]";

    / / format row down
    / / (do not forget the lines use count 0-base)
    a = myTable.rows.length - 1;
    myTable.rows [a].cells.everyItem () .appliedCellStyle = "" 4.cell_body_last"";

    / / format stored
    first = 1;
    last = myTable.rows.length - 2;
    for (a = first; has < = last; ++ a)
    myTable.rows [a].cells.everyItem () .appliedCellStyle = "" 3.cell_body"";

    / / format the top row
    a = 0;
    myTable.rows [a].cells.everyItem () .appliedCellStyle = "" 2.cell_header"";
    }

    Part 1 provides that the text cursor to be anywhere inside of a table - in ordinary text, either with a cell, row, column or all of the selected table.

    He walks 'up' with his mother until he comes to the purpose of the table itself.

    This will work only if the text cursor is anywhere within a table. It does nothing when you're somewhere else, and it only works with the table 'ongoing'.

  • Problem: Build a VI to display a string in the table of the lights. Each letter must be posted in a separate table and letters must move from one table to the other in the direction from left to right.

    Hi all

    Problem: Build a VI to display a string in the table of the lights. Each letter must be posted in a separate table and letters must move from one table to the other in the direction from left to right.

    I did program mentioned above but it does not work. Can you tell me what is the problem?

    There is no error is indicated in the program. If someone knows about it please try to find solutions and help me out of this problem.

    I have attached my program with this message.

    Thank you in advance!

    (1) FOR loops are your friend here.  You can make a slight restructuring using loops, and then you will have less mess to deal with, the inner loop through tunnels of autoindexing to make it even simpler.

    (2) I would only treat the numeric values of the characters.  So go terminal of control of the chain, the capital letters and byte array to before the outer loop.  You can use a size of Board over there to tell how many times the outer loop to iterate.

    (3) the Index table is extensible.  So you only need over the index of the first, and it will increment itself, as it develops.

    (4) you need to finish the lookup table (table 3D)

  • Search. When you have higher levels (2), and another thing I noticed...

    Hello

    First of all... Wanted to know if there is a way to have separate search page layouts based on higher phone and tablet that I currently have.  I made the default map my 'search' map... and who is obviously applied to both my Tablet and phone research.

    The other thing I ran into... is when you use the research that I content old migration balance which has since been removed months ago.  But that the content is always displayed in my research.  Is it possible to stop this?

    Thanks in advance.

    The search results using the default page layout and default map. When you design your layouts and maps, you can create templates for phone & compressed by using the layout tool (content > models of provision). Select phone or Tablet (located at the top center of the page).

    If you have enabled the search for your application, it is recommended to use the default page layout / map only for search results. All changes made to the default design will apply to all the collections that have been mapped to the default page/map layout. You can create other layouts page/cards to use for content collections.

    Changes have been made since the launch of research back is not the content that has been deleted. If you still see deleted surface contained in the results of research, please contact customer so that they can enter the details and file a ticket. ([email protected])

  • A search criterion and the result as a table in the header. Wanted to bind the result table to bean to access the value of the key

    The search criteria and the result is displayed in the table in a group header.  I want to get the value of the selected row and analyze the value of Vo in the next page for a variable binding. So I need to manage the value biniding to the bean tbal, but there is no option to bind the table to a bean. So, how can I get the selected value.

    Kind regards

    K M Krishna.

    First tell us your version of jdev, please.

    to get to the selected line you need not to link the table to a managed bean. You can for example drag the necessary attributes of the VO on the page and drop them as components of a inputText. the framework then generated the attribute bindings and sets the values of the current row for them. As you do not really need the inputText elements switch to source view (! it is essential!), then remove them. This will eliminate the Visual component, but attribute bindings are stored.

    Know you can access the values through their EL or as you get the value of an attribute via it's mandatory.

  • How to insert into a GLOBAL TEMPORARY TABLE and get the data from it?

    The requrement is
    Split the string ENTRY point on the base and store it in a Collection. And the values of the collection will be stored in a global temporary table. Then, I'm updating some other table based on the data from the temporary table.

    There is in fact no error message. But there is no data in the temporary table and also no change in the update statement

    First of all, I'm creatiing a global temporary table only once outside the procedure.

    CREATE GLOBAL TEMPORARY table GLt (data_element number)

    create or replace procedure test_proc (p_in_string VARCHAR2) is
    i the number: = 0;
    number of POS: = 0;
    CLOB lv_str: = p_in_string;
    p_delim VARCHAR2 (1): = ', ';

    TYPE t_array IS TABLE OF VARCHAR2 (20) INDEX directory.
    t_array channels;

    BEGIN

    -cutting of string input and store in the strings (i) collection

    POS: = instr (lv_str, p_delim, 1, 1);
    WHILE (pos! = 0) LOOP
    i: = i + 1;
    Strings (i): = substr(lv_str,1,pos-1);
    lv_str: = substr (lv_str, pos + 1, length (lv_str));
    POS: = instr (lv_str, p_delim, 1, 1);
    IF pos = 0 THEN
    Strings (i + 1): = lv_str;
    END IF;
    END LOOP;

    run immediately "drop table TWG;
    run immediately ' CREATE GLOBAL TEMPORARY table (data_element number) TWG on commit preserve rows ";

    FORALL i in strings.first... Strings.Last
    INSERT INTO VALUES TWG (strings (i));
    commit;

    Update first_tbl set PIN is "XXX" where first_col in (select data_element from TWG);.
    commit;

    END test_proc;

    Remove the two execute immediate line. They are wrong.

    And then use the table in your code that you created at the beginning. The name is GLT.
    And delete the first commit. This validation would empty the temporary table of GLT.

    You get an error? Or it does not work as expected?

    Also, show how you call the procedure.

  • How to get data from a database table and insert into a file

    Hello
    I'm new to soa, I want to create an xml with the data from database tables, I'll have the xsd please suggest me how to get the data in the tables and insert in a file
    concerning

    in your bpel process, you can use the db adapter to communicate with the database.
    with this type of adapter, you can use stored procedures, selects, etc to get the data from your database into your bpel workflow.

    When did it call in your bpel to the db adapter process it will return an output_variable with the contents of your table data, represented in a style of xml form.

    After that, you can use the second card (a file synchronization adapter) to write to the content of this variable in output to the file system

  • generate the search pages the tables and forms using templates speed

    Hello

    I have a table-form page and would like to have a quick search on two windows. Currently, I'm copying the form of generated code page jspx table on page jspx form to achieve. Speed models can be modified to allow this? I looked at the formGroup.vm and the searchArea.vm, but the below lines

    If ($JHS.current.pageComponent.hasSearchArea)
    if(${JHS.) Current.Group.generateSearchAreaInRegion})

    seem to be stumble me...

    We develop in JDev 10.1.3.4 and JHeadstart 10.1.3.3.88

    Thank you!

    Lana

    Lana,

    You can make a custom searchArea.vm and a custom formGroup.vm model where you uncheck the box for #if ($JHS.current.pageComponent.hasSearchArea)

    You will then get a search box in the table and the page of the form.

  • Search for the string in the string table and see the following value in the line

    Hi, I'm new I have LV and I do a Vi that read worksheet values and generates 2d channels of the same spreadsheet table. For the moment everything I need is a function that find specyfic string in this table and show the next value in a line. As:

    Table:

    a; b
    c; d
    f; g

    example: find the 'c '.

    VI shoud show "d".

    Concerning

    Not a bad homework problem.  Do it with pencil and paper.  Write your table and pretend you're the computer.  What you want to do (step by step)?  What questions do you have?

    Now that the translation a bit to computers.  You mentioned that the data is in an array of strings.  What structures (LabVIEW) work with tables?  [Do you know how to work with tables?  [Otherwise, review some of LabVIEW Tutorial material - see top right of the first page of the Forum].  What do you know about channels?  What questions you need to ask questions on the channels?  What do you know about string functions?

    Watch these things in some LabVIEW code, 'feed' some data and see what he does.  If it seems to do things "unexplained", you can try to look at the block diagram to run by turning the performance highlight (and if you don't know what that means, use the help of LabVIEW and see the tutorials).
