Transparency of background PSD and HAVE

I had this problem since upgrade to 2015 CC. I'm building an image with a transparent background in Photoshop. I have to save it as a PSD or PNG (to keep transparency). Here's the problem: when I drag or place PSD or PNG in an Illustrator file, the background is not transparent, it is white. I have bumble my way through the preferences in Illustrator and Photoshop - no luck.

Does anyone have a solution for the missing thumbnails Photoshop (and Illustrator) (CS3) in Explorer Windows 7 64 bit?

I usually use the psicon.dll and aiicon.dll under XP without any problem. I know that here there are people who claim these caused the loss of information and other nonsense like that, but they worked perfectly well. However, I have recently updated my OS and unfortunately of workaround does not work in Win 7 64 bit because of the structure of different directories.
I'm sure that these could be implemented by overhaul registry files change to point to programs (x 86), but I'm not that confident in my abilities there. I searched high and low to see if anyone else has done this yet but don't have happen what it is promising.
I was wondering also if CS5 corrected this problem? Can someone tell me if they are able to see their thumb PSD and HAVE in Win 7 64 bit Exploer with CS5?

Well, with one or two exceptions, we are all just users here.

IIRC, the question of the PSicons was placed in the Court of MS, and nothing has been done. For some versions of the OS, you could copy over the old .dll from previous versions of PS / HAVE and get thumbnails, but at a certain moment (XP? Vista?), even that did not work.

MS maybe not considered as viable apps & Photoshop Illustrator. ? Going back several years, I saw a reply from MS, to the effect that things just couldn't properly updated for the OS version and then again and that all efforts to do so had been abandoned. Who translates for me to read, 'Ain 't going to' get - sorry.'

I can't preview/open old files INDD, PSD and HAVE now that I'm on CC and remove CS6.

We just moved to the creative cloud. My computer is slow, so our team IS removed by CS6 to try to clear a space. Now I can't preview or open a jpeg, eps, have, indd, psd, files etc. Help! What that they remove that I need to reload?

I guess this feature without doubt not will be part of Lightroom because of the non-destructive nature publishing. Is that programs like Photoshop are for. But I don't speak for Adobe, because I do not work for them, and I did not all understand what are their plans for the future.

Check your Options bar. You have the opacity set to 10%. Easy to do. Just hit the 1 key while the gradient tool is selected, and it's done. By pressing the 0 key will take you back to 100%

I have problems to publish the site on the web. I get an error my folder not pointing to my site name. I also tried html export. All the im is the code html is displayed in the browser, the background, photos and features are not displayed.

IM using hostgator and have all my login credentials.

Center the div in parent div Background Image and not the whole page

I am trying to Center a background image, I have inserted as create a div via the new css rule and will have questions centering correctly on the page. I would it is centered at the top of the page contet - left area of the page content, and it seems that the background image is ignorant parent his div and is centering the page-level. It's a problem because its parent div that 2/3 of the page, therefore covers, in question background image is cropped.

In other words, I insert a div tag and add a background image so that I can place the content above it, however, the background image seems to be centered in the entire page and not simply within the Division 'parent' in design mode, everything is centered, however, in direct mode, the background image is offset. I can't really explain for good so I made another video.
Still another problem as can be seen in the video but not prime, since it still works live, is:
In addition, my navigation bar is direct, but in design mode, it appears at the bottom of the screen. I did fix the position, then he stuck on the right side, so I added a margin of 700px to go right once again, I guess that the problem is due to this.
I have boldened which, in my view, are source code target areas and css to quickly reduce down, but everything included because I am not knowledgeable enough to know what is relevant or not, I could (and likely) wrong.
Any other help would be greatly appreciated.

The transparent edges in psd exported from Illustrator

I have something to do when I export from Illustrator as a PSD using the artboard. It ends with a line of transparency around the edges, and is larger than the size of art exported. Set your Pixels (Ctrl-click sovereign) rulers and ensure that the work you want to export is only complete pixel.

Even if you work with whole pixels, you can also consult the resolution: 72 or a multiple thereof is ok, but some resolutions may introduce additional semi-transparent pixels anti-aliasing

I am running Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3 (build) 2600 and have loads and loads of problems. Windows keeps hung and everything I tried didn't seem to help.

I brought this second hand from a company computer, I used to work and I don't have the original installation cd or rescue disk. I meet a lot of problems and everything takes forever to load and work. I was advised to run maleware, spyware, antivirus and defrag on the computer analyses and I did all that and nothing works. Also, when I tried to run the system restore it wouldn't let me, and when I try to run the scan disk after a reboot it does not work. As a last effort, I tried running SFC and it looked as if it was working, but then it asked me for the initial startup disk, that I don't have. so I tried to cancel it, but now every time that I reboot/restart my computer load SFC and I have to start the entire process. Also, none of my cd drives work. Please help me

Also, I'm now a message that says minimum virtual memory is very low.

I would be very grateful for any help or advice anyone can offer us on these issues. a million thanks in advance.

Video layers seem to have included the link to the original video file. I tried to get around this. I copied a video file on my desktop. Then I have a new opening document 1920x1080px. I then used the menu file > Place incorporated. And placed in the video that I copied on my desk. I created a timeline of the video and was able to play the video. I then save a PSD and close the open document. Then I deleted the video file on my desktop. Then I opened the PSD registered. There seems to be a link... And the PSD file is small compared to the video file.

If Lightroom then reads these as duplicate files, it shows that they are already present in your Lightroom Catalog.

You can search by file name and check if the image is present in your library.
