  I installed (for CS6) Adobe Creative Suite application and you want to update to CC. When I go to the app and try to download software apps, by pressing the download button does nothing.

  I read here that someone said to remove Adobe Air and reinstall, which I did, but the download button STILL does nothing.

  In particular, I'm trying first to download Illustrator CC.

  Any ideas?

  WIN 7 and 8 (64-bit):

  • OOBE and rename OOBE_old located in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe
  • Restart the browser
  • Go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
  • Connect using Adobe ID and password and download the desktop CC application.

  WIN 7 and 8 (32-bit):

  • OOBE and rename OOBE_old located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe
  • Restart the browser

• InDesign trial download but does not open

  I have problems to download Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. I'm working on a Windows XP PC, I'm guessing that since 2004. Tried to download Illustrator via the Cloud. Tried to open the program; it loaded for a few minutes and then came up with the following message "this program has encountered a problem and needs to close. We apologize for any inconvenience. »

  Then downloaded InDesign without program helping - directly on the site. This also failed. I tried to remove the program and then download it again in a different location, but this did not help. I repeated this process several times, tried several different places, but no luck. The software will actually download, but does not open. When I try to download in the Adobe download window (for the download destination folder options), there is a yellow symbol with an exclamation mark next to "Adobe InDesign" and the file size will be.

  I thought there were not enough disk space, but even after that I tried to clear the space program did not open. I'm pretty certain disk space isn't the issue because my computer tells me that I have enough space to download InDesign.

  I also read somewhere that the reason why InDesign can not open, this is the printer default may not be connected. I have connected default printer, downloaded the program again and the problem was not corrected.

  I have also tried to download Adobe Photoshop and in the destination download folder, the yellow exclamation point symbol options does not appear. However, this program crashes too after I open it. Unlike with InDesign, I get to the system menu of Photoshop, but after a few minutes of loading it comes up with the message: "this program has encountered a problem and needs to close.   InDesign has warned me that my 30 day trial has expired and I can't download the program again. I would appreciate your help.

  Well well, brief and accurate: you do not meet the system requirements, which is your Win XP does not have Service Pack 3 or is otherwise misconfigured. Run Windows Update and install SP3.

  I have been downloaded and can use the trial of the PS, but the trial I is not downloading. I have closed all other applications. I click on the download icon and nothing happens. When I look in the CC Manager, it says there was an error in download and contact customer support. I guess this forum is the customer support?

• Download a trial of Photoshop Elements Mac - download/install does not start

  I tried to download Adobe PhotoShop elements 11 trial on my iMac 27 (osx Mountain Lion). All was well with the requirement of "Download Assistant", but the installation of effective enforcement is not started.

  Are there problems with the operating system? This program looks amazing, but, as a recent PC fugitive, I would try it.

  Suggestions please.

  Nigelco22 please remove your current installation of Adobe Download Assistant, then reinstall Adobe Download Wizard.  You can find more details to Troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant.

• Call in the report for PDF download query does nothing

  I am trying to download a PDF report based on 2 queries. Each query has a where clause clause with values taken from the page elements. I installed Publisher OBI 11.1.1.5 and used the term of Publisher 11.1.1.5 OBI plug-in to create the RTF file that I downloaded then the components Shared-> presentation of the State.
  
  I created a new button in the region to call the report query. However, whenever I click on the button to download the PDF file, nothing happens. I looked at the debug and the button seems to be running OK, except that nothing happens.
  
  The APEX of BOIP configuration works since I was able to have BOIP generate another report that do not use the predefined query. In other words, parts of reports including the attributes defined print "allow printing of the report = Yes" and 'layout of report = report default layout' work very well. Reports based on the query predefined and launched with a button in the region do nothing.
  
  Environment: APEX 4.1, DB 11.2.0.2, BOIP 11.1.1.5
  
  Any contributions to this PDF issue is greatly appreciated.

  Thanks for reporting back!

  It now works with a button linked to printing the report query URL. This method was not working before because when I deleted/recreated the presentation of the report, the layout of request report report had to "use generic Report Layout. When I changed the presentation of the report query to the name of the correct report layout, button link to the print URL worked as expected.

  He therefore finally brought its fruits check attributes...

  Still, he doesn't when I create a button with action = 'Download printable report Query'. I tried several times, but couldn't make it work. It seems that it is a bug, but I can't say for sure.

  It should work as long as you have configured the report query according to the needs and assured the session state is included.

  Go ahead rather than use the with action = "Download the printable report query", I'll use a button with Action is "Redirection of URL" where the URL is the URL for the report query printing.

  In this case, my guess would be the session state, because you will always she, when redirecting to the session, and the report query seems to agree.

  Then close all browsers and run that. Once it is finished, restart your computer.
