Trial expired cannot me access previously installed Adobe products
Hi all
I installed Creative Suite 5.5 and Acrobat Reader.
Then I wanted to try the creative cloud and installed.
Now 30 days passed and my trial has expired. There should be no impact on my installed adobe products but now I can not display any PDF as before you open the player, he splashes the expired trial. Should not behave this way.
I tried to uninstall the creator could or the Application Manager, but it is impossible (Windows XP). Indeed, there is no entry for 'Application Manager' or 'Creative cloud' in the list of programs to uninstall under Windows Control Panel. And I certainly don't want to uninstall my other Adobe products.
So my question is simple: How to remove creative Cloud to restore my previous access to previously installed as Acrobat Reader Adobe products?

On the installation of the creative cloud the association of the computer file has changed due to which you are facing these issues.
There will be no entry from creative cloud, the product appears:-CS6 Illustrator, InDesign CS6 etc.
Follow the below step to uninstall data: -.
(1) go to--> Add/Remove Programs Control Panel
(2) select the CS6 product
3) click on "Uninstall".

Please, try the following steps:
> Activate the hidden on Windows 7 Administrator account (Ref: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/enable-the-hidden-administrator-account-on-wi ndows-vista / )
> Disable all non-Microsoft-start Services. (Ref: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/disable-startup-items-services-windows.html )
> Disable all Antivirus software like Norton, McAfee etc temporarily from the computer Mc.
Reboot and try to install in the new active Admin user account and check again.
If you have any earlier version of Creative Suite installed, then run the cleaner CS tool then remove all of the CS6 products and then try again.

I can't install Adobe products after reinstalling Windows 7.
I have already installed Adobe CC on two computers, my main computer and my laptop. I reinstalled my main computer after getting a major virus. I am trying to intall the apps CC on this PC, but it does not install. It will download then stop after about 2 to 3 percent. I guess it has something to do with the 2 computer limit. I guess I was trying to see if there was a way to disable the old version of this computer, so I can reinstall the programs on this version resettled. I know that Microsoft Office has this option in the settings when you connect to the to install on a new computer, but I can't find it in the settings of Adobe.
Contact technical support by phone or web chat for resetting activations, but your installation problems have nothing to do with it. Activation occurs after installation.

So my laptop had a complete melt down this week and Ive had completely reinstall the OS from windows.
As a result, my Photoshop and Lightroom went so I'll have to re - install.
As Im only allowed to download apps on 2 PCs will count this re - install as my 2nd install?

You can download/install on as many machines as you want. All these machines you can have two signed in use. These two machines you can use only the subscription on one at a time.
If you haven't signed the facility you lost then that is always included in the account to the extent where the two that you signed. You may contact the Adobe Support for help with turning off that.

Adobe license can be activated on 2 machines using the same Adobe ID, but can be used only at a time.

Adobe Captivate trial expires after one use
I just downloaded trial Adobe Captivate (Mac) and it worked only once. I'm sure that I have never previously installed on my Mac. Is there a known problem and fix for this?

Steverb2 if your trial period is shown as expired so I recommend to evaluate the software on another computer. Please see software Adobe trial expired at the beginning - http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369 for possible reasons that your trial period may have expired in the beginning. There is no method available to extend an expired trial.

Working with a large user base (Mac and PC) and it seems to be a random problem where certain peoples accounts get an alert saying that their "account trail" is now expired, and they can use their Adobe products. Which is really strange since other accounts appear to be good and haven't run into this issue and all that we are awarding is 'All the Apps Plan', so they should be good to go with all apps indefinitely. Everyone ran into these issues and have a permanent desire? It becomes more problematic and the support pages on the dashboard Admin Adobe do not seem to mention anything on this subject. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
