  We used T5is of Canon DSLR to take all of our images. They are MOV files, and we were switch between modes of 1280x720@60 and 1920x1080@30 fps.

  p.s. I finally got around the issue by extracting the audio into mp3 files using the free version of AoA Audio extractor. This does NOT, however, resolve the bug, but it was urgent.

• Lightroom 5.7.1 still does not recognize the a7r2 ARW files

  I updated Lightroom in Camera Raw 8.71 5.7.1, and it still does not recognize a7r2 files imported from an SD card. I also have Photoshop 6 c installed, if that makes a difference.

  Support for the Camera raw for Sony A7R II (ILÇE-7RM2) is available in Camera Raw version 9.1.1, which is not available for Lightroom 5.7.1. We must move to Lightroom 6 or CC. However, you can update the Version of camera raw for Photoshop CS 6 and will be able to open the raw file of the camera Sony A7R II (ILÇE-7RM2).

• Satellite A205: Vista & BIOS does not recognize the CD/DVD drive

  After a crash of the sudden family Vista system premium on a Toshiba Satellite A205 the system does not recognize the DVD CD - RW drive. Neither in Explorer, Device Manager, nor BIOS.

  Laptop is only a few months old.
  Have you tried the Toshiba check system - it ignores DVD disk check.
  Tried Windows Update - does not help.
  Tried registry fix - does not help.

  Cannot use the CD to reinstall all drivers - because it is not recognized.
  The DVD drive LED is on. If the disk looks ok physically.

  Does anyone have an idea what to do?

  Access the BIOS and set the default settings and save the changes.
  If it doesn't help then I put t see any other possibilities for contact ASP in your country for a CD/DVD drive control and possibly a replacement

  You said that the notebook is only several months old so I assume that the warranty is still valid and that's why everything has to be done for free

  New to the forum.  I just bought an Epson Stylus 633 Printer and Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit does not recognize the printer.  All my USB ports seem to work (mouse, keyboard, external hard drive), but when I plug the printer into the USB port it does not recognize the printer.  It should be noted, I recently had to reinstall the OS, but I think I have everything done properly and reinstalled everthing correctly.  Help, please!  It drives me crazy!

  Before reformat my PC, I exported all my favorites via the HTML file. I reformatted, installed Firefox, then attempted to import all my favorites. I go to the import function and choose the bookmarks HTML file and nothing happens at all. I tried to use other browsers for import, but nothing happens. I don't know how to solve this problem.

  I thought that maybe I could transfer the HTML file in a JSON file, but I couldn't find a way to do it, even after it is renamed file extensions. The HTML file may possibly be corrupt? I'm running out of ideas on how to do to import my favorites!

  I managed to fix it.

  (1) I opened the HTML file with notepad.
  (2) I then went to file > save as >

    -Then changed the file type to, "All Types"
  

  (3) then in file name I named it Bookmarks.JSON

    -The HTML file now saved as a JSON backup and I was able to import it.

  There is still no patch or reason to explain why the backup HTML does not. I strongly suggest you Firefox fix, as it was highly agitation.

  The system is not always read SD cards.  However if I restart the computer, the system reads the SD card.  That tells me that this isn't a hardware problem, but something was hogging resources or something is corrupting my system, preventing its ability to detect the insertion of an SD card.

  Y at - it software that I could run that would detect the problem so I can fix it?

  Or maybe it's a series of steps, not knowing not if each will solve the problem?
