tried to install 12 on new pc, installed fine, Adobe account, press Activate button, nothing happens
I had 12 installed elements on my pc, I bought a new pc and re installed elements 12 on it. When I opened the items I asked me to connect to adobe account that I did successfully, then it says activate now so I clicked the Activate button and nothing happens.
Hi Jeff, sorry that I'm never home, I discovered that my copy I bought brand new online is already registered on behalf of a person... Adobe say there is nothing they can do, but it was already installed on my pc, I wanted to re install the same copy in a new computer anyway, I now have the PSE13 but I thank you for taking the time to answer

I just tried to install the Adobe Creative Cloud trail and the apps tab does not work and I tried to uninstall several times and nothing. Any suggestions?
An error keeps poping up on creative cloud without work and it's really annoying that I can't use it anymore or even try anything at all.

After that, restart the machine.

I can't make new tabs. When I click on the sign +, nothing happens.
I've had this problem for a few weeks now. I was hoping maybe after updating to Windows 7 I find the use of tabs, but it didn't. When I try to open a new tab in Firefox, nothing happens. Even if I right click and click 'New tab', nothing happens. I tried to restart my computer, Windows Update, update Firefox, restart Firefox, re-installing of Firefox and nothing has worked. I have a suspicion that something is simply not compatible with Windows 7. Firefox still works fine on my other computers - a Vista, the other XP.
Uninstall the Ask Toolbar. It can cause this problem.

I try to install the CC on my Mac, because my desktop computer died on me. I logged in, photoshop selected (or first, or legacy) and press the download button. The site says loading but nothing happens. I downloaded other software (not adobe) and it worked fine... No idea what is the problem? I'm not a Mac person and I'm a little lost. Thank you!

If your error is:
"Setup failed to initialize. File not found. ' or 'could not initialize installation. This could be due to missing files.
first of all, rename folder OOBE OOBE.old.
to find the OOBE:
Win 64 bit OS: Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Win 32 bit OS: Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
Mac os: HD > library > application support of > adobe > caps
Mac os: USER > library > application support of > adobe > OOB
If it fails or isn't the exact error you see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall.
If you use an installation dvd:
Copy the contents of the drive in a desktop folder and install from this directory.
If you are using a mac:
1. try to create a new user account in Mac with administrator privileges.
2. connect to the new user, navigate to Mac HD > Application > utilities > Adobe Installer folder, locate products such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and uninstall the
3. navigate to the user library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
4. navigate to Mac HD > library > Application Support > Adobe and Adobe put in the trash.
5 restart the installation.
If everything is applicable above fails, check your Setup logs:

Try to download it, then run the Setup program.
1. go to the Illustrator CS6 downloads page: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=illustrator
2. sign in with your Adobe ID
3 copy and paste the following links on the both address bar and hit enter:

In case you still face problems
Run the Creative Suite cleanup tool and clean the temporary files created during installation in your temp directory. Additioanlly, check your task manager to end all instances of setup.exe and msiexec.exe that may still be running

To check the version of your office, go in Powerpoint, click the file option in PowerPoint
Click Help. Look for the image below.
Now, download the correct version of the presenter of http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=presenter&loc=en_us
Please download 32-bit presenter if you 32-bit office and so for 64-bit

Last week I have installed Win 10 to my Acer laptop 4830 t. rebooted several times and things seem to be ok. I tried playing a CD and got an error message about its incompatibility. Before I could upgrade to the drivers, the system entered hibernation mode and now don't restore or restart at all. I just get 5 flashes on the power button and nothing else. Yes, I've tried holding the power button until 2 minutes. I can't start or get any diagnosis since the system refuses to power on. I tried removing the battery but the battery is integrated and inaccessbile so I can't disconnect it without removing the motherboard to disconnect the connector of the dough. No possibility to boot on USB or CD/DVD car will not be powered. Technical support said they cannot help me if I can't remove the battery (uselessness is which?!). Apparently they have not suport scripts that relate to the actual products because it is a classic process for much older laptops. I am an expert IT guy and has more than 20 portable and built a lot of my own computers. I wonder if anyone has experienced this problem or has any helpful suggestions... Thank you.
