Trojan:Win32 / Chepdu.P & program: Win32 / PowerRegScheduler

I windows Defender, I've got a windows Security Center, & I've been running the microsoft safety scanner to try to get rid of it!

I didn't download or install anything & ie 9 has begun to redirect web pages!

I have yahoo as my homepage engine & research, & when I click on a link that is supposed to open another window, it redirects to a page like bogus research, & it's different every time.

If I right click & select open in another window, he did the same thing, or opens again the same results page, I already have.

The only way I can access the page I want, copy the shortcut & paste in another window.

I got the above running programs, & I've been running the scanner from microsoft security & malware removal tool, & I have not been able to get rid of him.

The malicious software removal tool finds nothing, & the scanner either tells me he believes & removed, but it's still there, or what he does now, that it is partially deleted.

I need help with this delete manually.
