don't lost password, no help from MS
I lost my live login. I have submitted all the correct information for MS, but nobody answered. I've been through the process three times and waited almost a week and a half. I'm locked in my xbox live account and do not want to lose all my DLC.
Is there a phone number that I can use to get in touch with MS?

Did you reset Firefox and create a new profile?
When you reset Firefox and a new profile is created and some personal data (bookmarks, history, cookies, passwords, data form) are automatically imported and the current profile folder will be moved on the desktop to a folder "Old data Firefox".
Installed extensions and other customizations (toolbars, Pref.) that you have made are lost and must be redone.It is possible to retrieve the data from the old profile, but be careful not to copy the files corrupted to avoid transporting more problems.
You would copy the signons.sqlite and key3db files in the folder "Old data Firefox" in the current Firefox profile folder.

You might want to try to set your printer to the factory settings that should erase the passwords can be added when you configure applications. I'll look in a specific way to do for your printer, but in the meantime try what works for my all in one printer scanner.
Turn on the printer.
turn it off by unplugging the power adapter, wait a minute.
If it has a keyboard, press and hold the # and 3 buttons while plugging the adapter back in. Keep and hold keys until the printer reboots.

Sometimes simply unplug the printer for a few minutes will reset things. -
