• Library publishes not updated HTML Code

  Hi guys

  I have a library file that controls my side_nav_bar for my entire site.

  The LBI file is located in the root directory of my site - the same place where all my html files.

  When I make a change to my library folder, it asks me if I want to update the files that are related to it.

  I say Yes and let it do its thing, but then I noticed that the HTML code has not been updated for the linked html pages.

  I have to manually remove the original code of the library of HTML pages and then drag and drop the file my file library assets force it to bind.

  Obviously to do this completely unassign the purpose of having the library files.

  Did I miss a step? can someone please help.

  I was able to determine the problem.

  There was a

  tag in the document itself but also good as a

  tag in the library. In other words, two

  tags... one in the body of the document just above the library and the other in the library itself. When I removed the div tag duplicate in the content of the body, all of my pages updated correctly when I ran library update.

  It was obviously a mistake on my part, but I don't think that this type of error should prevent the updated library. Page worked fine with the duplicate div tags but library would not be updated because of this.

• Custom Swatch Library is not updated in CC

  I have a large custom Swatch Library that I am continually additions and corrections to. I put it as persistent and library works very well, but it is not updated when I make changes. As far as I know, he is still stuck at the point where I've upgraded to CC a few months ago. I tried to uncheck persistent, closing of the library and Illustrator, then reopening and the relocation of the library, and it always comes back to the old version.

  Does anyone else have this problem?

  I just upgraded to 17.1 on Windows 7 Pro machine.

• Items customized form with fx() do not update on Edit

  I'm working on the shape of the product of the recipes. In order to satisfy a requirement of the company, I created 2 new data elements. The first is a field that the user has entered a quantity (number), the second is a read only field will make a calculation based on the value of the quantity field and the custom amount field.
  
  The calculated value fills correctly when the folder is created, but if the user must change the amount (form in edit mode) field, then the calculated field will not refresh. It works when a new record is created. Is this normal? Is there a work around?
  
  Any help is appreciated.

  Hello

  You can create a WF for this with shutter release as before modified is saved and select the action in the update field. Then write the expression required to update the parameters of the action field.

  We have CUCM 9.1.2 and there is mixture of phones Cisco and linksys.

  When I come to call on the Cisco IP phone, number CFA is updated on line phone CUCM configuration.

  But when I do call before all on Linksys SPA942/SPA962 phones, number CFA is not enforced CUCM phone line configuration up-to-date.

  I can't find documentation to prove this, but I believe that it will not work as you wish. The mechanism that the use of phones IP Cisco to communicate information to the CFA is an owner for the SIP extension, which is blocked on the third-party SIP devices. In other words, RFC3261 does not provide a mechanism to do this. Most likely, the way in which the phone deals with CFA is issuing a REFER message when it receives the INVITATION of CUCM. The easiest way is to be sure of all just take a capture of the two packages the user to CFA and an incoming call while it is on. If she actually uses SEE, you must set the component search space the rerouting on the device in CUCM in a CSS which includes some CFA should be allowed to reach destinations.

  I have developed a portal page OAS containing several PL/SQL items. This Articles have stored procedures in the database, and they take the data from the database.
  
  The problem is that this Articles only take the information the first time, the rest of the time when I refresh the page, they always show the same information, they don't get refreshment! The problem is due to caching, they store information in the cache of the OAS portal and they always show the same information.
  
  The only way to solve it is to change the call to the stored procedure (in the Properties menu of the element of PL SQL) and resave it. This way, the next time that the element displays new information, but only for once! The rest of the time the problem is always the same. I also tried to change the configuration of the cache in page properties, but it doesn´t do anything.
  
  I have read several threads that deal with the same problem, but I do not met with no clear solution.
  
  Plase, someone give me some advice?... or the solution?

  We have compiled ogg/vorbis standard distribution without any problem. From the looks of your error, looks like you can not be linking libogg. Ensure that you link the libvorbis and libogg. If you are already linking both a also ensure that the binding order is correct. You must link vorbis Ogg before to satisfy the arm's length.

• Problems with the library items and network drives

  I was wondering if there are solutions to the following problem:
  
  I have directories on my laptop that I share through my local network.
  
  On another computer that is connected to the network, I have sites defined in Dreamweaver that point to these shared directories. Elements of model and the library will not update these sites. All sites that are defined on my local drive to update fine.
  
  Any suggestions / solutions are welcome. Thanks in advance. .

  I'm afraid that there are no options.

  The models folder must be at the root of the local site level.

  You can share local sites between several computers the (I do it
  often), but the only files that will be modified are those on the
  * real * local site. Or am I wrong interpret your question?

• How to convert the side Server includes in the library items in DW CS4? Also change page website to .html .shtml files?

  I inherited our Web site created in DW with server side includes the column header, footer and navigation.  I don't know that anything on the server side includes.  I have a hosting company for the online site.  I don't know what that is a 'local web server' and did not have a set on toward the top on my computer - I know.

  I want to remove the server side includes the code <!-virtual = "" / head.htm #include '-> out of the body of the pages of the site and insert the code for the server side includes (the footer, header and nav). "  But I also want to be able to continue to make global changes to these files.

  Can I convert a server side includes the elements of library, and if so, how do I do this?  I'm still not real familiar with library items, but I know that I can make changes to their topic and make them take effect globally within the site.

  And can I change all of the web pages that are now all appointed to .html .shtml.  And can I change the names of files in the window of the local files in DW?

  Instead of dumbing down of the website which apparently works, why don't improve you your skill set and get warm & fuzzy with Server-Side Includes?

  SSIs are much more effective than the library items.  Lilies require you to republish the entire site whenever you change an element.  SSIs fill changes on the side server so that you don't need to republish the entire site whenever you edit & publish a SSI.  On larger sites, it is a huge time saver.

  Rename to .html .shtml files is not necessary to use library items. In fact, you can use SSIs and Lily on the same .shtml pages if you wish.

  The two items in library * and * models only affect local files. After changing
  and save either, then you need to download all the files that have been
  affected by this change. None of these have a use outside the
  Dreamweaver (e.g. on your server), except to the share with someone
  on the other. So, yes - you must download local files that have been changed.

  Yes - use-SSI. Those are what you think-
  change a file, a download file and all the files on the server that make reference to
  This file to reflect the change. Use of DW Help F1 and Google to learn more
  on them.

  Assets of libraries are managed locally on your computer before you synchronize with your creative cloud account. You don't need to be connected to the Internet to sync a library between Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other creative applications Cloud. Once you're connected to the Internet, local changes will be loaded.

  (The service that handles this is called CCLibrary, you can see running in Activity Monitor on Mac OS or Windows Task Manager when after effects CC 2015 is open.)
