troublesome 'window' won't go away

In a way, trying to 'trash' a record that I think, I find myself with the next window on each display on my macbook:

Archiving utility

Unarchiving "FusionDemoVM.zip"...

There is no other option on it to make it go away and he won't be in the trash!

You have the actually uncompressed file 'FusionDemoVM.zip '?  Looks like it's still decompressing, however if you need you can restart the Mac and see if she is still there afterwards.

  • Windows 8 brightness control is stuck on my screen and won't go away

I have upgraded to Windows 8. It seems to work normally, except there is a brightness adjustment in the top left corner of my computer screen and it won't go away. It is about 1 inch long, and it does not work - if I drag the brightness indicator down, it automatically goes to the top. This control is on each screen that I use and it blocks the visibility of what I look at. Can someone help me to eradicate this annoying brightness adjustment?

For me, putting off the power and the monitor got rid of him.

  • warning won't go away

I have a computer 10-10z-e000-CTO Notebook Pavilion Touchsmart is out of warranty.  I don't want to renew the warranty, but the warranty status warning won't go away.  I can not even choose to withdraw because the warning does not work properly.  Finally, I get a warning that it doesn't work and I can close it.  BUT he returned each time.  Can you help me?

Check your startup task. In windows 7, I think, that he is still in msconfig.exe, but it was moved to the Task Manager in windows 8. In windows 8 when you open the Task Manager you will see a Startup tab, look for any program of HP in there. It can be stupidly obviouse as hpwarrantycheck.exe. Then turn it off.
