Try to download already bought the hardware, I get the error 5105 and 5113

Hi all

I bought an album in store for listening offline about 8 months ago. However, my USB backup broke down (where I had stored a copy). I wanted to download the album once again (on PC, Windows, through account > purchases > library, album was here with the cloud of download bit in a corner), but when I clicked on the download button, I got error 5105. Can someone tell me what this means and how I can fix this problem?

In addition, the album is still present in my library, but it is not getting synced on my iPod (iPod Shuffle, 2 GB 1.0.3), or I can't play. I either get the message that I need to connect to Apple music to listen to it (which I am already at this stage, it should be available both offline) or I get error code 5113. Help?

I had Windows 10 & latest version of iTunes (12.4.3.1). Not very well what to do now.
