  I have a pretty annoying problem with trying to upgrade to windows 10 and windows update.

  I reserved my copy for Windows 10 and on some occasions, it prompted me to start the upgrade. Then it returns me to my Windows Update program and the message reads.

  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.

  2. in the general tab, click Selective startup.

  3. under Selective startup, clear the check box load startup items.

  4. click on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable all.

  6. When you are prompted, click on restart.

• Computer stuck at 35% when you try to upgrade to Windows 10

  I am trying to upgrade my computer Windows 7 to 10 of Windows using the update tool downloaded from the Microsoft site, and my computer still stuck to install Windows 10 to 35% and stay there. I tried to update through the update directly, and I tried to update with the data I've created the tool to update my Windows 10 computer via the USB port. It gets stuck 'check updates' during the installation of Windows 10 always and no longer move forward, no matter how long I wait.
