  • Try to upgrade to windows 7 and impossible because of Kaspersky

I used to use "kaspersky anti-virus" around 2007 or 2008 and uninstalled but I guess that some components still remain, I tried the "kavremover10.zip" on the site of removal of Kaspersky and received a message that detected no components. I also typed in 'service' in the field of research from my computer and scrolled down but could not tell which files have been linked to Kaspersky, I mean how can tell you? I disabled "windows firewall and my third party firewall" so before you try to go to "windows 7". There must be a way to rid my computer the remaining components of kaspersky, can anyone help? I believe that the version of Kaspersky anti virus I had was before 2009, I keep seeing intakes for 2009/2010.

It would be a good idea to run the System File Checker tool if you have corrupted files

"How to use the System File Checker tool to fix the files on system missing or corrupted on Windows Vista or Windows 7"

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929833

Use the (SFC.exe) System File Checker tool to determine which file is causing the problem and then replace the file. To do this, follow these steps:

    1. Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click principally made programs, Accessories, right-click guest, and then click run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click allow.
    2. Type the following command and press ENTER:
      sfc/scannow

The sfc/scannow command analyzes all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions.

If SFC detects serious flaws, you may need to perform a repair upgrade Installation or relocation complete if you don't have a Vista DVD from Microsoft.

If you can borrow a DVD of Vista from Microsoft you save doing a reinstall full:

  • Computer stuck at 35% when you try to upgrade to Windows 10

I am trying to upgrade my computer Windows 7 to 10 of Windows using the update tool downloaded from the Microsoft site, and my computer still stuck to install Windows 10 to 35% and stay there. I tried to update through the update directly, and I tried to update with the data I've created the tool to update my Windows 10 computer via the USB port. It gets stuck 'check updates' during the installation of Windows 10 always and no longer move forward, no matter how long I wait. Installation last night, I started, and let it run for 16 hours later hoping it would move past the order of 35% it is taped. He did not move to 1 per cent, so I proceeded to cancel the update, my computer also seems to have done wrong because he is stuck 'clean up before closing' for 40 minutes before I manually activated it down. I just heard that computers that will block the download of updates to this range of 35% are not aware of the updates/drivers, so I will try to install the updates through the Windows Update service now to help him to upgrade.
