trying to send an email with an attached photo?

Hi, I followed the steps to share a photo using the email, after I put the names of the recipients and click ok, it seems to freeze, (the hourglass I would call) does not move

I have to turn off the computer and restart, any help would be appreciated.

Hello

I guess you use PES 11 but what customer e-mail do you use?

It could be a permissions problem.

Try this:

  1. Elements close
  2. Create a shortcut on your desktop that goes directly to the Organizer
  3. Right-click on this shortcut and select "Run as Administrator" (even if you are an administrator)
  4. Now, try to send a picture again

If it works, you just do it once, it seems to correct itself after that.

If it does not please let us know what operating system you are working on.

  • Since the upgrade to 31.1.0, I can't send an email with an attachment. I'm under OpenSuse 13.1 on KDE. How can I fix?

    If I try to send an email with an attachment or a picture inserted, it starts to send with a progress bar that will read a 80 to 95% completion and then stay there until it times out after a few minutes. I get this error: failed to send the message.
    The message cannot be sent because the connection to the server of SMTP outgoing.verizon.net expired. Try again or contact your network administrator.
    I use the same provider of e-mail for several years. This works for emails of simple texts without problem. If I try to transfer or to respond to an email, I get the same error.
    How can I fix?

    Thank you

    Robert

    OK, I thought about it. As I was going through the configuration editor, I saw the outgoing server settings. It made me wonder if something had changed. I went to my provider and reinforced through their list and found where mine differ. If the update for thunderbird changed something or verizon changed something.
    Thanks for the comments.

    Hi AndyHolman,

    ·         What email program are you using?

    ·         What is the attachment file extension?

    Try to remove your automatic signature in your mail and see if it solves the problem.

    Quit or Force Quit Mail, disconnect from the Internet, or turn off Wifi if it's how sign you, Start Mail, then you should get a chance to remove it, eventually the attachment is too big?

  • When I send an email with an attached file it will reduce my 300 DPI photoshop file to 74 Dpi

    How can I stop my photoshop file to be reduced when I send the file? He goes from 300 DPI to 74 DPI when it sends.

    Changing the ppi to 300 to 72 has no effect on the quality of the file.

    PPI is just metadata used by printer drivers to calculate print size - all that matters are the dimensions in pixels, that won't change.

    You see, what the e-mail program or the program open the image assigning a 72 PPI.

    The pixel dimensions remain unchanged.

  • How to send email with an attachment in Groovy?

    I have a user that is running remotely a groovy script to extract data from the Foglight Server.   When it executes this script, it has the ability to create a data file on the Foglight Server.  I would like to add a feature where this data file is sent to him and others.

    So far, I have this:

    email = new com.quest.nitro.service.sl.interfaces.email.EmailRequest ();

    email.setRecipients (containers);

    email.setSubject (subject);

    email.setBody (body);

    Server.get("EmailService").sendmail (email);

    I looked at the documentation of the API and see setAttachment() method, but I don't know how to use it.  Could you please show a sample of how to send an email with an attachment (data file is a pure text file) using Groovy?

    Thank you.

    Hi Fred -.

    Here's an example code that I have work. It should be suitable for files that are not too large:

    /***************************

    request.setBody ("Message body");

    request.setSubject ("subject line");

    request.setRecipients ("[email protected]");

    text file you want to send as an attachment

    FileInputStream fis = new FileInputStream("C:/textfile.txt");

    buffer of bytes to hold the attachment - to ensure that its larger than the size of the file

    Byte [] b = new ubyte [30000];

    read the bytes of the fileinputstream, stuff on the accessory to set the mime type and give

    Enter a file name for the e-mail client to use

    FIS. Read (b);

    request.setAttachment (b);

    request.setAttachmentMimeType("text/plain");

    request.setFileName ("emailAttachmentFile.txt");

    ready to go!

    emailService.sendMail (request);

    ********************************/

    I hope this helps.

  • How to send an email with the link that has the user id?

    Hello everyone, I'm trying to send an email with the link that includes the user id. After users click the link, they should be able to see the form with their information that has been previously fulfilled. So my question is after I have send email how and what is the best way to get information and show it to the user. What should be separate page with the cfquery limited on the id user or something else? If anyone has an idea of what is the best way to do it please let me know. I already have my code who send e-mails.

    You save all the fields submitted initially to a database?  If so, run a query and then convert them to the form field, query values. I don't know what looks like your data (or database), but a simplified version might look like this.

    SELECT FirstName

    OF SavedFormTable

    WHERE ID =

  • Lightning - 3.3 - sm + tb - linux.xpi does not install in Thunderbird 31, trying to send an email instead

    I have 31 Thuderbird on Ubuntu 14.04. I try to install Lightning and the Add-ons Manager indicates that 3.3 lightning is his own version. If I put it open by Thunderbird, download translates into Thunderbird attempts to send an email with lightning - 3.3 - sm + tb - linux.xpi as an attachment. If I save the download to a directory on my system and execute it, the same attempt to send an e-mail message occurs.

    How to install successfully on my Thunderbird lightning?

    Hello profking,

    When you send an email to the email address of your ePrint printer and receive this 'system error', apparently in an recovery email, recent section of the HP ePrint printing Center, or another location?

    I would in general, you have a text on the subject line of your email and print material in the body of the email and/or attached to the email in a file.
