All of the suggestions.

Reset your network settings.

Settings - general - reset - reset the network settings

Reset your device. This will not erase your data stored on the phone.

  • Press and hold the sleep/wake button
  • Press and hold the Home button
  • Press and hold both buttons until the display turns off and on again with the Apple logo on the subject.

  • iPad 9.7 Pro a uneven lighting

I noticed some uneven brightness on the left edge of the screen and wonder if others have the same problem. The scrolling on a white/site background is more noticeable.

The best way I can describe it, it's like there's a small flashlight that is spread the light towards the center of the edge. A little more up to halfway in portrait mode, there is a pocket of light brighter than above and below. I already tried on a second iPad 9.7 Pro to see if I just got a bad device, but it seems to be both. Others see this?

I ran a backlight bleeding test with a picture of a solid black and did not notice much on black light leak. But I've certainly noticed this inequality of scrolling on blank pages.

If you are not happy with her make an appointment at your local apple store and bring it in. You have paid too much for something that may or may not have problems

If nothing else officially document you the issue in case it's worse down the line

  • I can't update my iPad

I'm trying to update my iPad iOS 9.3, but when I try to install the update on my laptop I get the following message is displayed on my screen: "there is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your supplier of staff or the package of support ".

I also have problems with my iPad and get the following message: "iOS 9.3 failure of verification because you are no longer connected to the internet". I rechecked the wireless connection and my iPad is certainly connected to the internet.

Apple withdrew temporarily updating iOS 9.3 for devices more old to deal with some issues, what he was creating. Better to wait a few days for them to correct problems.

  • Why can't update mini IPad 2 iOS 9.3

Ive been trying to update my iPad mini 2 for iOS 9.3, but it keeps saying it cannot be verified as no internet connection. I tried with wifi and mobile data but still will not let me. Can anyone help?

I have the same problem for my iPad 2, which is not a mini.

of course, I have an Internet connection. It shows the full bars and I can go straight to the Safari and search around.

I tried to turn down several times, making sure that there are no applications open etc and he never check. When I click on the link just above the installation where it says to learn about the safety of the update, it takes me straight to the INTERNET to view the page.

If you find a solution, please let me know. I think this is an Apple bug.

i have 1.0 GB of free space and the update is already downloaded, if the space is not the issue.

I would remove the 9.3 iOS download and re-download it, but I don't know how do either.

According to what it shows, have you tried a soft reset: press and hold the "home" button and the button sleep for 10 to 15 seconds, after which it should restart.

  • A new iPad 9.7 Pro update of and iPad Mini

I have an old iPad Mini (Mini) and a new, an iPad 9.7 Pro (Pro).  I have 185 pdf books, manuals, etc. on the Mini and I'm trying to update the Pro.  In the last two weeks, I spent more than 4 hours with the support of Apple on the phone without success.  The first fight lasted about two hours, and it appeared that the Pro has been updated correctly.  A week later, when I went to get a pdf that I thought had been transferred, I was unable to find it.  That's when I discovered that only 74 of the 185 had been transferred properly.

The basic approach was the Mini to iTunes backup, and then restore it this backup on the Pro.  It obviously doesn't work.  I then called Apple Support again and we have gone through basically the same process.  The Mini to iTunes backup and then restore this backup on the Pro.  All 185 pdfs have been backed up properly on my desktop (Win 8.1), but when this backup has been restored to the Pro, only 74 of the 185 came.  Apple support person and I never got it works.  So now I have to find those who have not been restored and restore each of them individually - 111 pdf files.

This situation is TOTALLY unacceptable.  A couple of years ago, when I bought a new desktop computer, it was a simple matter to move the 'old' stuff on the new computer using a simple transfer program running on the machines and an easy transfer cable special to connect the two computers.  Why I can't get the transfer to work using own Apple programs, I don't know.

Most of my opinions on Apple and their stuff of so-called "user friendly" is printable and really unable to repeat in polite society.

I hope someone reading this can enlighten us on one solution to this problem, other than what seems to be the only solution so far.  Find the missing PDF files and get them on my Pro will take a lot of time.  Time, I'd rather spend pursuing my hobby - photography.  Not only that, even though I am retired, I still have many things to do instead of my photography.

    Both devices work with Airdrop?

If so, why not drop the PDF from the Mini to the Pro - one at a time, but the process is very fast.

  • iPad 9.7 Pro will be not updated to iOS 9.3.2

I was required to make the update to the latest iOS (9.3.2) on my iPad 9.7 Pro because I heard there were problems.  I've just updated an iPad 2 Air without problems so decided to proceed with the update of Pro.

iTunes does not recognize an update is available, even if the Pro displays a ready to install in settings > general > software update.  'Install' is available for 9.3.2 update.

So, I tried, iPad Pro update while connected to WiFi but not office/iTunes.  When he goes to check the update, I have error saying "iPad not connected to internet", although it is well connected.

No idea how to get around this problem?

    THX

Delete the downloaded backup. One of my friends says that the 9.3.2 update has been pulled for the Pro.

  • After update my iPad iOS 9.3 Pro

After the update my iPad iOS 9.3 Pro everytime I turn on my iPad I have to pair the pencil of Apple, is anyone else having this problem and have a fix or work around.

    Thanks for any help

I think that it is a normal behavior with Bluetooth devices.

If you are, in fact, transform your iPad completely off the power, then, again, you will lose the Bluetooth connection whenever you do this and you need to reconnect/re-pair any Bluetooth device.

    I don't think it's a bug or glitch with iOS 9.3.

    I thnk this is normal.

Why don't you just leave your iPad Pro and let him sleep?

It maintains active and connected Bluetooth connection

Whenever you turn on your iPad in and out, you break the link of Bluetooth pairing.

Let your iPad on and let the iPad go to sleep.

  • I have an original iPad mini and I'm still in verson 6.1.  I tried to update to the current version and towards the end of the download, I received an error message that the download is not due to an error.   My ipad has now an itunes icon

I tried to update via a computer connection to itunes and towards the end of the download, I received a message that the download was not completed due to an unknown error.   My iPad now has a picture of the icon of iTunes on the screen with a picture of the cord that connects it to the computer and is frozen.  What can I do?

Put iPad in recovery mode and then restore. If you do not have a backup, you will lose all your data now.
