  My husband just bought me a labtop and I also have a Palm Tungsten E2.  Here's my problem: my palm don't HotSync and I have years of information on it.  So after weeks of coming to accept the fact that my palm does not work with my new laptop which has Windows 7 (I love my phone and I love my Palm) I decided to attempt more HotSync and obviously it didin't work.  So now that I reluctantly accepted that my palm and the new laptop are not good for them, I am ready to go with another plan of action.  So, does anyone know if there is another computer on Pocket (probably not a Palm product) which is compartive hand held Palm that will work with windows 7? As well as in a way that I can get all my info transferred from the Palm on the new product (whatever it is)?  I would really appreciate any help that anyone can give.    I'm looping at the moment, because I rely on my Palm.  I don't like that people say, it cannot be an up-to-date product, but he did wonders for me to help me keep my schedule together.  I'd really rather NOT go back to the paper version of Franklin Covey, which is where I started.  For those who know the Franklin Covey, is wonderful, but it's on paper.  I don't want to go back to the paper.  Too much stuff to carry and the Palm is so much easier >!

  State of Palm, 64-bit versions of Windows 7 and Vista will synchronize not via USB so they suggest BlueTooth.  Since you have a new laptop, done with BlueTooth?  (If not, we can always blame your husband for getting the bad!).  It is a solution, you can buy a BlueTooth dongle for not a lot of $s:

  Most of them simply plug into a USB port, so there is no duty open Notepad.

  It can also be a good idea to begin to transfer the content from your phone to a PC/Mac to help reduce the storage room.

  It is a process usually easy, just plug the unit to a PC, on the phone screen select MTP mode when it appears.

  Once finished, you just have to access the phone's internal memory and transfer pictures/videos from the DCIM folder.

  If you use Bridge CC, update to the latest version 6.2. Adobe Bridge CC 6.2 version now available! Adobe content corner

  1. Please, do a right-click on the bridge on the desktop icon and select "Run as Administrator".
  2. If this does not help, reset the Bridge preferences and then try it.

  Steps: -.

  Start Adobe Bridge, and immediately press Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS down) until the dialogue box reset settings appears.

  Select all three options - reset preferences, reset Standard Workspaces and all miniature Purge Cache - and then click OK.

  We understand your problem, but with the subscription online, we can only convert the slides in PDF format. Speaker's notes would not get converted to PDF.

  If you want to convert the speaker notes with slides, then you need to buy the complete PDF solution: Adobe Acrobat

  I think Camilo uses Split columns of text within paragraphs. It does not play nice with notes.

  I know that this question should be there somewhere... but I was not able to find it.  I looked for 3 weeks and I need to sync my calendar.

  I have a Tungsten E2, use Windows 2007; Outlook 2007 Pro; network.

  Everything else (contacts, notes, etc.) have only synchronize not but my calendar.  I have uninstalled, reinstalled, reset, everything I can think of except throw it across the room, which is my next option - then go back to my old palm m515 (not what I want to do).

  Look through this article and see if you can solve the problem with calendar synchronization.

This program has a trial version that you can download and install on your Palm OS device. The trial version will search the database and then to declare the corruption. You can then search records at the origin of the problem and fix them yourself or you can buy the program and do it automatically repair records.

  When I click the installation button for Palm OS it continues by saying 'Please install palmdesktop', but I have already installed 6.1 2 times! My pda is fine and syncs easily, but no matter what I do it won't work...

  Curious there is no like "Palm Desktop 6.1"...

  You could try to go to the pages of Palm.com support and download the driver for your keyboard.  It should sync very well.

  Thanks for the information.  I removed the back, with the help of a screwdriver for glasses and disconnected the battery.  Plug in the power sector, the splashscreen BAM shone bright.  I had to do this twice, for some reason, but once I plugged the battery in the circuit board, everything was fine.  Thanks again for the information.

  I've been my Tungsten T5 sync with my Outlook for a few years now. I had a problem with my computer and the hard drive has been replaced. I reinstalled the software, but I'm not sure what I did initially to be able to sync with Outlook. Any help to get it back would be appreciated.

  Ok. He is currently working. I don't know which of the steps did it, but I suspect that the download of version 6.2 is the main component.   I have not tested with the settings on my Tungsten, and now all of a sudden, it does not turn off. I don't know what happened. If disable it, it lights up again in exactly 10 seconds. Because it stays on all the time, when it's not charging, the battery dies after a few hours. I tried to reset, too. Any suggestions?

  Those who have read the title of this post know that the solution is not obvious.

  I now have a Palm Tungsten E synchronization on a PC with Windows XP (sp2), I've been so far. I changed to a computer with Windows Vista (64-bit). I bought a Palm TX and a USB Bluetooth adapter to be able to synchronize between my computer and my new Palm TX. This is apparently the only solution that works with a 64 bit Vista computer.

  I have the calendar, the touch and the memo of my last sync files with my old computer.

  What is the market to follow recommended action to make this transition?

  Please help, I'm desperate!

  It's been a long road and difficult, but I think I'm finally here.

  I followed all your instructions for my transition from my TE in my TX as well regarding the WiFi sync and everything seems to be all right. I even downloaded a few additional applications that I had and they also work well. I will continue tomorrow, but I think that I have now a few on the situation. Your procedure for WiFi sync went exactly as described. (I kept my arthritic disorder all the time I cross my fingers.)

  Once more a big thank you, I certainly couldn't have done it without your help.

  Disable Extensions and test them.

  Safari > Preferences > Extensions

  Select Disable all extensions and test them.

  Enable the Extensions one by one and test.

  Unfortunately, with the new update of Firefox, the number of tiles is now determined on the size of the screen and the subject: newtab page does not save the zoom level.

  If you want to set a fixed number of tiles, I believe you can do it with the following extensions:
