  You may need to reload the OS from scratch.  However, if you have all the backups, with BB Protect or using desktop software, your data will be gone.  Here are the instructions to do this.   If it was me I would let stand overnight first, plugged into the charger before you do the following:

  1. start by searching for your operator and the system operating file that you want to use.

Given that you have exhausted the 10 attempts, you can no longer unlock this BB for use on any other carrier that's original.   Thank you.  I tried everything in the manual and the FAQ.  So I just deleted my calendar from Device Manager entries (erase / selected data / calendar).  Then I deleted my gmail account.  Then I reinstalled my gmail and synced with my calendar again.  It fixed the problem, but there is a large number of through Blackberry decided to upgrade the software every time.  I'm leaning towards Android or I phone for my next phone.  The torch has been a huge disappointment.
