  To disable, you must open the application and select help-> Deactivate.  If you can't do this for some reason, you need to contact Adobe Support by chat and request their assistance.  They are not generally available on weekends.

  If you no longer need the original installation PES 9, turn it off (help > deactivate) and then uninstall it.

  and activate it with your serial number.

  If you have a problem with dl, you don't follow all 7 steps.  as a general rule, do not carefully follow the steps 1, 2 or 3 is the problem.

  If you have Firefox by default, it could be a registry problem that would need to be configured.

  Please make sure that you have updated to the latest version of the CD player, and then uncheck the box open tools for each Document in the Document preferences. That should do the trick!
