• Inspiron 9300 screen turns off after the Windows Logo screen

  Inspiron 9300 my wife became severely infected.  I thought I had some weird things start popping up of the problem decided to wipe the hard drive and start over.  Unfortunately, I don't have to restore disks when I bought the computer.  I install windows xp pro service pack 2 full retail version.

  Installation was not a problem until I installed the driver ATI Mobility x 300.  I followed directions for installation from the website, do the installation of xp followed of the dell system software update followed of chipset followed video driver.  After that whenever I put on, the screen turns off after the Windows Logo.  The computer is still running and if I plug an external monitor everythng is fine.

  I tried all the troubleshooting tips I've seen in this forum.  I did a full install twice. made of safety boots (all right), started in VGA mode (works fine), I ran diagnostics from fn on startup, including express, extended and video tests and they pass all the controls.  I'm sure it's a software problem, but have been unable to solve.  I've updated the ATI bios although when I run it says already installed and done one installs x 300 driver on 6 ttimes own.

  I know it must be something simple that I'm missing. My system is the Inspiron 9300 with 2 GB of ram and the mobility x 300 card.  Any help would be appreciated.

  1. did you of recent changes on the computer?

  2. do you have security software installed on the computer?

  Usually, this would happen if you have any third-party security software installed on the computer.

  I suggest you temporary disable the security software installed on the computer and check if it helps.

  I think that I was hit by a Trojan horse!  the PC Tools Spyware caught a known Bad Site-Spyware named: apmebf.com and apmebf.com S LEGAL and I found an article about it by saying how to block cookies it is, I have not yet done... I also noticed everytime I turn on my computer, Windows Defender has been disabled, I managed to get rid of most of the files, but some, I'm not sure, they are by the XML Doc, here are a few: cpu_data XML, Doc, col_data, XML, doc, XML cm_data, con_data XML, doc, XML, doc, Doc XML dig_data cui_data.

• EliteBook 8560p: unable to turn on Mobile Broadband - 10 Windows

  So I made the big jump yesterday of 8.1 Windows of Windows 10. Do this jump however gave me a headached major when it comes to using my built-in mobile broadband.  Properly installed device drivers however I am unable to turn on the device to Windows 10.  I had a similar problem on the Windows 8.1 but I then installed HP Connection Manager, and then I could turn on and off the unit.

  With HP Connection Manager not supported on Windows 10, is there another way I can get get this device to turn on so that I can use.

  I solved my problem.

  Before moving to Windows 10 I had installed HP Connection Manager on Windows 8.1.  During the upgrade, I thought that HP Connection Manager has been removed from the machine, as it is incompatible and not appearing is not in programs and features. The attempt to run the HPCM.msi file I had the option to modify, repair, or uninstall if I choose one of these options, I get a message indicating that the application was blocked.  It then struck me that HPCM was still installed and it had locked my device to the OFF state.

  I downloaded Revo uninstall the application and was able to successfully remove HPCM. Once removed, I could use my device natively through Windows 10.

  When I press the Fn + F8 combination icon no matter what I always rest off. Wifi and Bluetooth are turn as expected.

  The State in Wireless Manager is that the radio is turned off and invites you to activate via the switch.

  Well, the 3G module is certainly available for NB200-12J.
  The laptop supports the 3G, BT, and WLan.

  Have you checked the status of 3G module in Device Manager?
  Are there any yellow exclamation marks?

  Please check this if 3G module driver has not been installed properly, then you will not be able to activate this module.

  PS: Have you installed the 3 G RF power control utility?
  This 3 G RF Power Control utility"turns your 3 G at the start. Please check this!

  Hello Jukebox, no defender is a totally separate program and that it won't be Firefox - they will work just fine side by side.

  Since installing windows 7, the microphone on my laptop seems to be permanently. Which is really bloody annoying when you go to your music and you get a very high feedback sound height. If anyone has had this problem or can anyone help?

  Hello world! I wonder if anyone of you has the F5521gw in a X220t running on Windows 8 Beta (in German). It is the only device that does not :-( I am currently using the beta W8 driver provided by Lenovo, but still, it does not cut it. When I look at available networks, I see only WiFi but not mobile broadband. I even tried disablng the SIM PIN to make sure this isn't a problem on this end. Any tips to get this working? • Optical Drive turns W530 offshore running Windows 8

  With Win8 on W530, the optical drive turns off shortly after start. Failed device management after that. Accessory optical drive and a UJ-260 do the same thing.

  BIOS 2.52 and 2.53: same problem. Main card has Intel RAID option ROM.

  Running Windows 7, the optical drive stays on without any problem.

  I would like to hear if there is a difficulty before you restore Windows 8. Win7 good for now.

  6.5 is technically enough probably close, he could run your test seems to indicate that it can. However, NEITHER probably never tested 6.5 and so you'll be yourself here. If it works it's great, if not you will not get a lot of support as the Module of Windows Mobile is now discontinued.
