  • Uninstall Adobe CC (Creative Cloud help |) Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app)
  • Reboot the computer.
  • Install the latest Adobe Creative cloud version from the link: CC help | Creative cloud desktop

  I'm pretty new to Adobe after effects CC 2015. I have a video that is about a minute, everything works as it should when I preview the it. But when I visited, with the right settings, the sound will not be rendered.

  So basically I can hear all the sONFERENCES when I saw it, but when I make it I cannot here any sound at all. I tried to get the sound on Auto and on. But nothing works.

  

  And Yes, some of the mp4 files I use for audio as well, but will not play the file audio mp3 or another. Some would like to help! I've had this problem for a few days now!

  I need an update of 13.7 for after effects CC 2015 but Cloud Creative does not have this update. It only shows the status "updated" which is not true.

  cloud I'm registered Creative and my software (all apps CC) are NOT in test mode. Kel they are all turned ON.

  So, how am I supposed to update my AE v13.5 13.7? I need this update since the current version has a bug that prevents him recognizing the Media Encoder installation + Media Encoder crashes every time when I try to export a video from the video project AE AE. 13.7 update fixes that issue.

  Wow! You have missed a number of updates if you're always on 13.5 because there were 13.6.0 and 13.6.1 before 13.7 released. I wonder if you are missing updates to other software too.

  2015 CC running on windows 7 64 bit. Had this problem sometimes in cc before but apparently two more bad times with 13.6 update.

  Whenever I make a change in the timeline (no change) it seems a little bit of roulette or not display window will update, especially if trying to undo. A change in the parameters of resolution for the preview window will be temporarily to refresh the view, but changing the resolution seems to return to the display of updated cache managers obsolete. Purge the cache has no effect either. So far, the only solution seems to be a restart of After Effects which then update with the correct view.

  Before all this happens sometimes there's the caveat 'strange situation 0/1 '.

  Any help much appreciated, working in delays and having to restart After Effects each time that you make a keyframe or changing a diaper is obviously frustrating!

  I tried to install the latest update of Adobe after effects CC 2015.

  Nothing helps. So I uninstalled Adobe after effects CC 2015, started again and tried a brand new facility from scratch.

  Still, I couldn't complete the installation:

  I don't think that this help text is useful in my case.

  My error message clearly points to a folder inside of the 2015.app Adobe after effects CC.

  Can I 'delete' or 'Rename' this folder and try again? Or do I have to uninstall again?

  But then what? I already tried to uninstall and reinstall...

  Finally, I was able to install the latest version after effects CC 2015.

  1. I restarted the Mac not in secure boot mode.

  2. I zipped the 'Adobe After Effects CC 2015' in the application to hide the installation routine

  3. in the application of Office CC I supported on install

  The installation went through without a hitch.

  So what can we learn from this?
  If an an update installation failed, first hide * or delete the folder already installed the application.
  And then try again.

  * hide the folder by creating an archive zip is better, because if the second attempt fails, you can make available the installation files failed to Adobe customer service.

  I did not remove the installation failed and zipped.

  The known issue is with versions of Mac OS x v10.10 before 10.10.5. If you use Mac OS x v10.10, then installing the 10.10.5 update is the recommended first step. Apple has some bug fixes in this version on the GPU.

  I just want to say a sarcastic, well done, for really terrible work made on the new after effects CC 2015. This version is just unusable

  RAM Preview: great, now I have to listen to audio broken and reading at 5 frames per second for about 20 minutes before that I can look back the animation in real time. The old version was superior because it is fully buffered before playing back in TIME REAL... just terrible

  Smile when you try to set the time interval, or time slots of any layer, the kind of mouse from sliding out of the bugs... and never quite comes off where you want to put the... terrible Beach

  There are certainly a number of complaints justified concerning freedom from 2015.  I hope that future updates will focus on many issues.

  Even the best players to drop the ball sometimes.  In the meantime, CC2014 works just like it always did.
