Two different Photoshop photography program offers?

mid-September, was presented the photography program Photoshop. I read about it here: http://blogs.adobe.com/creativelayer/introducing-the-photoshop-photography-program/?scid=s ocial11524994

He says that the price of $9.99 / month is not an introductory price, but THE price for anyone who owns Photoshop CS3 or later, and you have until December 31 to register. Black Friday, which is currently promoted offer seems to be open to any person and $9.99 / month is only for the first year. The initial offering will be available again after the Black Friday case is over? I don't want to rush to sign up for the Black Friday deal and face a considerable increase of monthly subscription in a year.

Also, if it is still relevant after the answer to the previous question, the initial offer would be available to owners of CS5, or should it be the stand-alone Photoshop program?

Thank you!

The only difference between the supply of Black Friday and the original one, is that Black Friday offer is available at all until December 2.

After that, the initial offer back comes into play. Owners of standalone CS3 - CS6 are eligible (and nobody else) until Dec. 31.
