  Red flag.  CCcleaner.  If you used to "clean" your registry database, which can cause problems.  CCcleaner is also a good program, but registry cleaners do not help and remove what they think are "unused" entries in the registry that can cause problems later.

  Try to download the Real Player and see if that corrects your problem, but if it is not, you may need to restore your computer to the factory settings by your user guide's instructions.

  I tried to export a few photos. But I still get the error, the original file is not found. If Lightroom creates just an empty folder without exporting any of the photos.

  I have attached a sreenshot of the txt file, with the error and the location of the found folder which is exactly identical to the location specified in the error code.

I click on locate, it then takes me to the music library folder that displays a list of the itunes library by date files.  If I click on one, it then brings back me to my list of songs.  I then double click on the song, and then get the msg "original msg was not found.  I can play the song in my folder to \My eMusic.  I think he's using Windows Media Player to play the song out of this folder.  Any help would be appreciated.

  Update: after a lot of research and trial and error efforts, I solved the problem.  For reasons unknown, the songs have an incorrect file path.  Will change the path on each song.

  Thanks for the information. Two things to try. First of all, try to align your print cartridges using the controls on the printer display panel. As part of this process, the printer will print on a sheet of alignment that you place on the printer and scan in the printer. See if it works successfully.   I am new to Adobe Creative Cloud services and immediately noticed that Typekit is hit or miss. I have no difficulty in sync on Typekit.com fonts, they show that synchronized in my CC Control Panel. Photoshop CC sometimes even recognize the missing fonts like typekit fonts on a PSD loading and ask if I want to update the missing fonts by Typekit fonts, I confirm that I am doing or generally try to use synchronized policies and it does not - fonts are missing. I restart Photoshop, I restart my computer, I try the same thing again and again. Sometimes he eventually works, but today it isn't.   I'm sorry you troubles here. There are a few things we can check everything out right away to start debugging this:

  -First, you try to log out of the creative cloud app and see if that fixes the problem?

  -Could you try quit/restart the creative cloud application. This solves the problem?

  -Could you try turning file and fonts Sync off under: Gear > Preferences > fonts. Wait a second, then turn it back on. See if the police/s appears and if not, try to synchronize again. If that fixes it?

  -Could you tell me if you're on Windows/Mac OS X and version?

  -Could check you the creative cloud application version you are using and let me know what version it is? This can be found under: Gear > Preferences > General > account
