  I use a MAC with El Capitan 10.11.2.

  I tried to restart the MAC, run CleanMyMac and tried a direct installation of the PS, but the update always get an error message.

  I made the mistake to use optimizer Adobe last month and in illustrator then, will not be updated.

  I read the patches and re-installed CS6 version, but still no luck.

  Hi guys

  I'm on a laptop of Dell Precision M6700 under Win7 64 bit.

  I've had a love / hate (OK, when I say love, I mean no lost love) relationship with CC, especially with updates that take an age to download or to create failures, etc. However today I have 8 update and I spent hours trying to get an any of them to work, but to keep all of them just do not and I get the above error. I tried quiting and restarting several times, but no dice. Someone at - it ideas that does not include the nuclear option?

• U44M1P7 error, reinstall also failed.

  This morning, I got a message on my computer that needed to be updated creative cloud apps. Photoshop and I think than InDesign. InDesign has been authorized, at least none of the error messages, but the PS has reported "update failed, error U44M1P7.". I tried again and the same message appeared. According to the instructions from adobe, I uninstalled PS and reinstalled. Resettlement does not, but I do not have an error for this message. I have to get this resolved as soon as POSSIBLE.
