Unabe to read cartridge

I have the printer model HP Desktop ink Advantadge 2515. My black cartridge was finished and I buy a new one. But when I replaced it, the printer does not display the new ink. When I try to print, and there was a show of the error.

I saw your post about your new ink cartridge number that you are experiencing with your printer Deskjet Ink Advantage 2515. I will certainly do my best to help! I would recommend following all the steps in the guide below for the problem of the cartridge.

A "cartridge problem," "ink cartridge failure," "Incompatible cartridge", or "Cartridge missing or damaged" Error Message is displayed on the control panel
