  Please make sure you use the right serial number for the correct version of the software. The serial No. Acrobat 9 Pro and Standard is different.

  I am the Technical Director of it for a large organization.  We bought licenses in bulk of Adobe products for years and recently we encountered the problem that our VICTORY for Adobe Pro 10 serial number is no longer valid.  Typically, if one of our computers has problems, we reimage and reinstall the 'special' software like Acrobat.  Adobe assumes that we install more computers we have licenses for.  What is the reference for this?  Personally, I manage the control of licenses and know that we have not exceeded the number of active facilities of all Adobe products.

  When I install Adobe reader on Windows vista.   I get an error message - this installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid window installation package.

  Download another copy - this copy may be impaired.  Save the download on your computer instead of just running.  When it is on the desktop, right-click on it and click Run as administrator, and see if that helps.

  Where are you downloading from?  Get it directly from the Adobe site: http://www.adobe.com/.

  Which version of Vista you are running, and all updates are installed including SP2?

  go to where you put them - just right-click on Reboot - RUN AS ADMIN-

  Check the Version on the tab of the driver in the device as often audio drivers Manager
  restoration and then finally install the latest version. Restart and check post
