I can not connect to Adobe Creative cloud, can not use Premiere Pro. When I put the email and the password it just keeps running for a minute and then, he returned to the login screen.

If you have the Acrobat Pro DC-compatible Mobile link and access files on your phone that come with an icon of cloud next to them, is it using Document Cloud. You can also access the cloud DC storage by going to https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent. You can move the Document Cloud files in subfolders of it.

If you create a new account, you can access the Adobe Document Cloud storage for the new account only.
Your documents are stored in the cloud of Adobe Document under your old account. The only way to recover your old documents must sign on your old account.
