Unable to connect to the windows store 8

I was wondering if there was more recent suggestions for the problem of not being able to connect to the store of Windows 8.

I tried all the solutions that are validated to date, but not luck.  When I try to connect, I get the green screen with the bag,

but the circle under it maintains just spinning.  I have reset the store, and it is not always connect.  It worked fine until

A week ago.   I guess I don't be buy or update something there for awhile.   Is it possible to remove the app and reload

Please, try the following steps:

Method 1: Use the Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) Inbox and check if that helps.

a. open an elevated command prompt. To do this, on the start screen type cmd, right click command prompt, and then click run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on allow.

b. type the following commands. Press ENTER after each command.

DISM.exe / Online/Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe / Online/Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

c. close prompt command, then check if it solves the problem.

If the problem persists, proceed to the next method.

Method 2: If you have another user account, please identify it and check the functionality. If you don't have a different user account, we will create a new user account.

    I am trying to download the Windows Installer on Windows 8 8.1 update.  The Windows store, I click on "Get the free update".  Then I get a screen saying "your PC is not connected to the internet.  Connect you to the internet and try again."  My PC is certainly connected to the internet and all other functions involving the internet are functioning normally.  I checked to make sure that all Windows 8 updates are installed.  And I ran every convenience store network that I can find.  All to nothing does not.

    It looks like the problem just from Store and ' not your internet connection or adapter.
    You should try to reset your Windows store.
    I know that is not your internet problem, but disabling and re-enabling your computer WiFi is worth giving a try. In addition, you can restart your wifi modem, it might be useful.
    To reset your Windows store:
    • Open Start, and then type wsreset.
    • This will reset your store.
    • Now open your store. You will see the shop saying 'Windows Store a reset' or something like that.
    • You have successfully reset your Windows store.
    Go home, try to restart your windows 8.1 update.

Updates that had to get 8.1 (which are the firewall or something like that), after all, created second restore point and downloaded the rest 80 + and here again the same story - cannot connect. This is a problem, your updates - lol. So I restored and the second point and kept without updates, finally, this updates past the list and some of them will update automatically, however I was not lost access to the victory store and now I have 8.1

    It's so funny to see how thousands of users still cannot access win store due to the error of the software engineer.

    The problem for me was that my LAN settings have been configured to use a proxy server.  Don't know how this has changed; I do not use one.

    To fix:
    (1) open sign
    2) click on Internet Options
    3) click on the Connections tab
    4) click on the LAN settings buttonn towards the bottom of the box
    (5) uncheck the box to use a proxy server for your LAN
    6) click OK twice to close out of Internet Options.

    The store was immediately available.  No need to reboot or anything else.

    Just got the HP computer yesterday and installed Norton Security, Malwarebytes, and Windows Live Mail (do not like the version of Mail). Now, when I start it, I get "Unable to connect to the Windows Service" pop up and WLM crashes when I try to open it. What the DEVIL?

    Had the same problem on the one I just replaced. My laptop became the 'Group Policy' error thing, but I think I fixed it.

    The first thing we want to make sure is that all your data is safe. You can perform a backup to iCloud or iTunes. Use this article to help with this: backing up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

    Once you have your backup, please go to appleid.apple.com on your computer or via a web browser. Log in with the Apple ID you are trying to connect to the App Store with. If it connects, take note of the Apple ID and password. Try the same information on the iPhone.

    If this still does not work on the iPhone, please click Settings > Wi - Fi and turn Wi - Fi off. See if you can access the App Store on your cell data.     After seeing your post, I booted up my 3G to test and noticed the same thing. I thought it might have something to do with Date & Time settings. I noticed that, even though 'Set automatically' performed, the phone thought that the current date was in September of last year. Since the App Store will not work if the date and time settings are incorrect and that the phone can't connect to the server to get the right time, I would say that is why you don't get on the App Store (assuming that you also see the anomaly of the moment).

    I have an iPod touch 2nd generation, which also iOS 4.2.1 and will test it tomorrow there.
