  You can not.

  Install the Bluefire app and enter it on the same AdobeID you use on your PC.

  Apple likes to make difficult things you cannot use a file manager to move from the books to the iPad.

  You must do so indirectly, by Dropbox, iTunes, send you the book, or similar.

  All I had to do was to go to the website of Adobe Digital Edition on my computer where is was saved, but not installation and click on properties and uncheck the safety block button.  My system is Windows Vista, which is apparently the only system that causes this problem to the newest member of the download.

  Moving to this discussion on the Adobe Digital Editions forum.  Adobe Digital Editions uses the language of your operating system is configured to use.  You will need to set the language of the operating system so that the user interface of the Adobe Digital Editions software in English.

  It is worth noting that the language of the user interface has no influence on the language of the books that you can read.  You can read even English eBooks with Adobe Digital Edition set in another language.

  OK, this is probably the problem.  You must have at least Service Pack 3 installed.  I would recommend you run the software update from start > all programs > Windows updates or visit http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/.  I would recommend you not only to install at least Service Pack 3, but other recommended updates.  Once your system is up-to-date so feel free to try reinstalling Adobe Digital Editions 2.0.

  If XP, a lot of people have problems.  A resolution is to install the 1.7.2 version instead (which also avoids other bugs).

  I'm trying to download adobe digital editions to my pc, so I can transfer books to read on my iPad 2.  However, when I click on "launch", appears a message "run as" and this must be done by "Administrator".  The problem is, it won't take my password.  The password works every time I log in.  Why not do it now?  Thank you.

  Do you have any other user accounts on the computer? If so, is there another account with higher privileges to user you can log in and check if your account privileges is set to administrator or limited user level?

  I would like to uninstall the software and reinstall.

  Navigate to the configuration file, right-click, and click Run as administrator.
