  This happened on Safari. I tried on Google Chrome and it did the same thing without any errors or anything like that. Does anyone know a fix for this? I have an iMac 27 "end 2015 model, 3.2GHx Intel Core i5 and 8 GB of RAM.

  When you click Download you should be asked for your Adobe Id and then download Creative Cloud App. You install AE creative cloud app. If this does not work try goes directly to applications Cloud Creative download and choose another app Adobe Creative desktop Cloud | Adobe Creative Cloud

  If you're still having problems, it may have to do with the country you are or the network, sure you are. If you can't get it resolved contact Adobe by phone customer service.

  So, I was running after effects CC 2015 free trial a few days ago. Unfortunately my computer crashed. I fixed it yesterday and now I am not able to find it on creative cloud. I also tried to download through the Web site, and it still does not! Please help!

  If the 64-bit processor, you can just Format the hard drive and install the 64-bit Windows OS version.

  Then you will get option install After Effects under list of Apps in Adobe Creative Cloud app.

  I want to convert a MOV file to a FLV file, which I know can be done with an earlier version of After Effects. However, I have not yet downloaded After Effects, so I wonder if I'll be able to access a previous version that has the option to export FLV even if I never downloaded before After Effects.
