  1. in the files Panel, select remote display and when it connects, click on the file and click the 'Get' (arrow pointing down). Click Yes to download the associated files (or not if you don't need them)

  2 download a trial of Pagesucker and visit the Web page in question. Copy the address and paste it into Pagesucker and it will download the file and all the files in your site.

  I am close to finishing my site and so I decided to test it on different browsers. To my dismay, the pages would be would display incorrectly on the size of the different browser. I used absolute positioning because it was easier to position the elements on my site, however, from what I've read, it's a big mistake?

  I don't know exactly what you mean by "correctly", but I can offer some suggestions.

  Change your left margin on your banner div at the margin: 0 auto;  This will hold the div in the center of the page regardless of what may be the size of the browser.  In addition, the width of the div is large enough.  I'll make my standard canvas to 960px with the background artwork enlarges to fill the rest of the screen.  You can see an example of this here: http://gtwebconcepts.com/GTNew/ if you look at the layout div and sheet CSS, you'll see how I did it.

• Unable to get web services reactivated on Envy 100 D410

  My envy 100 D410a was once working with ePrint, but has not been used for a while.  I've recently switched to connected HP and had to re - register the printer.  The news to save the printer would not print.

  After trying a few times, I removed the web services and then tried to turn it back on, but every time I get the message "problem connecting to the web services server.

  I have the Group of experts through the troubleshooting to restart the printer, restart the router, nothing helps.  I have currently set an IP address manually and can print wireless via a laptop, but not ePrint and no web service.

  I tried to configure the servers manual DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (via the printer IP address URL), but whenever I try, I get an error:

  An error has occurred. (wipv4Page-400)
  Click 'OK' to go back

  The current firmware is: SLM1CN1039HR.

  SOLVED!   This can be closed.  I did a factory reset, but not on the tab network/section.  Once I did this and restarted the printer, web services could be reactivated.  I can now access the printer via HPEPrint.
